  • Complete waste of time

    After wrecking my 2015 Silverado I tried to trade it in and was told they would give me about 11,000 less than I paid 4 months earlier. After 3 months in the body shop they said they would make me good faith deal to make up for all the issues I had with the dealership. I wasted a week of my time trying to make a deal with them. they never offered a deal any better than I could get anywhere else. I got nothing but promises and lies. I'll never go back to Jupiter for a new vehicle. I've bought 4 vehicle in 5 years, not what I call customer service!!
  • Used car with damages and mediocre customer service

    Just bought an used Sonata from them which they claimed to be in perfect order. I was only there in the evening to look at it and the light on their parking lot wasnt good enough to look at every detail. Also since I didnt have car insurance yet I couldnt take it to vehicle inspection upfront. Sales process was very intransparent to me and salesman did a lot of promises that turned all out wrong or at extra cost which wasnt mentioned before signing. After signing the paperwork I received 7 follow ups within 36 hours to provide documentation - heck yeah I get it. The day after pick up I brought the car into checkup and it turned out there are 3 different tires on a 34k miles car, filters all bad, tail light cracked. Wrote email & follow up calls but no response AT ALL. Headed over to pick up my license plate and got manager to look at it - no help at all. I am glad my car is still under manufacturer warranty - I will not go back to them.

    I have never in my life ever experienced this kind of customer service. It was out right unprofessional, discriminating, and childish. Jeremy said they would do the touch ups on the car and when it was brought to have the things fixed they basically didn't want to do it. The touch ups look like a kid took white out and painted it. They also dropped the ball on the finance side. They sold my old car before they even looked into paying the loan off on it causing me to have the money removed from my bank acct for the old car. There is so much more that happened. Needless to say, my family owns a business that has bought fleet from them and my boyfriend has a business as well, none of which will ever buy or recommend this dealership to anyone, unless of course you like to play games!! **UPDATE** Jeremy says my boyfriend came in the dealership acting like a bad ass. He in fact is not that type of person. If you consider standing your ground with someone that promised one things and does another being a bad ass then I guess he is. He called Jeremy to talk to him about it and said that I called yelling at him, which I did not. I told him I was disappointed in basically every aspect of my car buying experience with them. However, he would not let me get a word in edgewise and wouldn't even acknowledge that he called my boyfriend a bad ass. Also told my boyfriend that their detail guy sucks and he should detail the car for me to be nice! I buy a new car and can't get it clean!?!?! Basically, if you are cool with being told one thing and having zero follow though and take back of words, buy a car here. We tried to reach out to John because Jeremy told us if we weren't happy to talk to him. He doesn't answer the phone!
  • Bad customer service

    I got a Malibu 2013 and I love it. Make sure to go over the paper work before paying because they add more charges and don't tell you about it. The sales person that helped us from the pre-owned building named albert(or something like that) was very unprofessional. He looked like he was in a rush to finish with us so he can go to his other clients and only cared about his commission. He spelled my name, address, and place of employment wrong in some of the paper work. Do not go to him.

  • WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

    First it took 3 days to finally get all the paperwork done to get qualified. That included going home (which was 55 miles away) 3 different times because they needed more paperwork. Every time we asked them on the phone what we should bring it was something different. Finally on the 3rd day we went back in to sign the paperwork and had to wait 3 hours to even see the finance guy. We were rushed through all the signing of the papers and when we left I noticed he threw in the extra warranty and NOT once did he ask us if we wanted it! Then a week and a half later they call to say we are not financed and when I asked a few questions I was then YELLED AT AND HUNG UP ON!!!! Finally after getting the truck back to them THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR 2,000 dollar deposit!!!! They also REFUSED to give us copies of the finance paperwork we signed! I have contacted the general manager and have heard nothing!!!!

  • Horrible Service

    I purchased my 2012 Silverado from Jupiter brand new in June 2012, Jeff K. was the salesman I spoke to. After negotiating the price he came back and told me they would have to charge me more for the rims on it as they weren't part of the deal. He never mentioned this to me prior or during the negotiations. Me being the trusting person I said ok. Little did I know I could've refused him taking them off and still not be charged as that was his fault not mine. He also promised to have it cleaned and washed again since he gave it to me with a sloppy job performed on it, but that too was a lie. In April 2014 my wife purchased a brand new Camaro RS, her salesman was Dickie. This particular Camaro was the one that had all features she wanted. There was a dent on both doors and someone wiped the hood with some type of liquid that left scratches. The damage to the hood was VERY visible. Dickie promised to have us bring it in the following month to have these issues fixed. My wife emailed him and left message with receptionist to have him contact her. He never returned he messages, I asked him why he hadn't and he denied receiving them, which I call bs on that. Finally we took it in to shop in August 2014 to have rims repaired as someone almost hit my wife forcing her to hit the curb. I spoke with Greg of the service Department and showed him the damage prior to purchase and he said he would have them correct the issues. Again Dickie denies the issues so the repairs aren't charged to his department. A couple weeks go by and we are called to pick up the car. When my wife brings it home I do a walk around to assess the repairs. Dents on doors still there and so is the .damage to the hood, and NOW there is paint the size of a nickel chipped off on the quarter panel above the right rear tire. I refused to accept this as repaired. Another week or two went by and was told everything was fixed. Again, dents and hood still damage as though they weren't even touched. I looked at the repair of the chipped paint and the paint was not smooth, it had waves in it. I informed Greg this was ridiculous and refused to accept this as repaired, yet again. Another couple weeks passed and we are now almost in mid September and have yet to get the car back repaired properly. My wife had to make a payment on something we haven't had or used. I am absolutely sick of this dealership! My wife and I have to call to receive updates. I left a message and my number with the receptionist to have Ron O. call me but never received a call. I am leaving this review in hopes someone looking to purchase a vehicle with Jupiter wont waste their time and save them a tremendous amount of stress.

    It took me 4 tries to just make an appointment because no one ever answered the phone. I finally talked to Malcomb the service manager. He claimed that they were just too busy to answer the phone. That should have been the clue to stay away. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday morning to take my wife's Equinox. I didn't hear from them all day so I called at 5pm. They hadn't done anything to the car so they agreed to give me a rental. Well their rental place closed at 6 and they didn't pick me up until 6 so now I had to go to a Ford dealership and use their rental place. Unbelievable! I called the next day at 2pm, but of course I'm routed around the world again. I finally get thru and David, my service guy was in a class, so Kevin says my car again had not been touched. Now I'm fuming! I tried calling Malcomb, but again around the world I go. After 3 or 4 more tries I finally talked to Malcomb, who now says that they are 2 days behind and haven't had time to get to my car. Now why didn't he tell me that on Monday? I go in and talked to Alex the Sales Manager, he gracefully apologizes and promises to get it fixed so I give them another chance. That afternoon Malcomb calls and says the car will be fixed the next day. Thursday afternoon, I pickup the car thinking finally I have the car and it is now fixed. Nope, spoke too soon, the car is still making the same noise it was before. I called the following Monday to talk to Alex, but Alex is out so I talk to Mr. "OK", Donald who all he seems to be able to say is "OK" as I am explaining to him my situation. When I'm done explaining he says, OK, what do you want for me to do? And this is a manager? Where do they find these people at? Never again, will I have anything to do with that dealership.

    Where do I start... BUYER BEWARE! Service is horrible. My car was in their shop for 7 days. I paid nearly $3000 in repairs. When I picked up my car, it started cutting out almost immediately. I called the service center and was told to bring it back in. When I did, the Service Manager told me that it was my fault the car was cutting out. I have had two different mechanics look at the repair bill showing what had happened and what work was done, and based on the type of work that was done on the original repair, Jupiter Chevrolet should have replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires as part of the original repair. Had they properly test drove the car after the repair, they would have caught the issue and I would not have been on foot an additional two days. One one final note, in a period of 9 days, they had three different Service Advisers oversee the repairs on my car. The first two either quite or were fired. Staff turnover that high is a sign that something is not quite right with your organization.

    I went to Jupiter Chevrolet with my son trying to get a vehicle for him. I had already talked to a lady named Judy, which was the internet sale person. She new I was supposed to get it under my name because I had a good and long credit history. My son and I saw a Tahoe and asked about its price and said we were coming back. They asked for our names and phone number and then we left. The details of the ripp off went like this: 1. I talked to Judy for a week over prices and vehicle models. I said I was interested in a Tahoe. 2. My son and I went to their facilities; they asked for our names and phone numbers. 3. I talked to Judy over interest rate. 4. My son went to take a second look at the Tahoe. 5. He encounter a salesman who told him to go ahead and see if he qualified. 6. My son called me and told me about. 7. I called the salesman and said "don't do anything with him until I get there and talk about it. I am the one who is going to be primary buyer. He said "yes" 8. I received a call from my daughter saying they had release the vehicle to my son. What they did: 1. They ignored my request. 2. They charged 9.80 interest rate when I was actually offered 6.4 3. They sold a warranty without asking him. 4. They put him under a SMART BUY, which is worse than a rental where after paying $26,000.00 was going to owe another 19,000 at the end. He had to repurchase the vehicle afterwards. 5. They backdated the documents arguing that my son bought the truck the date we went for the first visit. THEIR ARGUMENT WHEN I FACED MIRETICH, the owner: 1. We are here to sale to whomever (so, I what I said didn't matter?) 2. You should scold your son, not me (they made him believe it was better to be alone without me in the contract) 3. To make him qualify they alter his earnings. 4. When asked why they altered the documents, Miretich said: We keep a data base and the computer generates the documents starting that date. (Ok. The database they showed was the calls I made when talked to Judy and on the papers it was my son not me. How then, the computer generated the papers automatically?) 5. Since they kep the papers overnight and I went to their office as soon as they opened, I asked them for the papers to be revised. They said "no" and Miretich told me "I don't really care; I have my money in my office and if you return the vehicle your son's credit will be ruined; as for me, I have what I want and that is what I am here for. I you want more of this story, you can post questions and I will answer as they come. I do this in hope that my experience serves others not to get trapped. This is what is called BAD BUSINESS.

    I first contacted this dealership because they had a great deal on a car I was interested in. I sent an email inquiry over well after business hours and their internet rep, JJ, got back to me that night! We set up an appointment and I ended up getting the car that I found online. It was a smooth process and I highly recommend coming in to talk to JJ at this dealership. It is definitely worth stopping by Jupiter, since they have the Jupiter Advantage, which gives a year of free interior and exterior/alloy rim fixes! Finally, I bought with some piece of mind because I have 7 days to find a cheaper price and they'll cut me a check for the difference. Definitely worth talking to JJ and the Internet department here. Since I didn't interact with the non-internet part of the dealership, I cannot say either way about them.

    Wow!! I had a great experience at Jupiter Chevrolet and I felt they deserve to get some great recognition. I Brought my Tahoe in for service and was greeted immidiately by Gloria as soon as I pulled in. She took down my concerns and gave me an estimated time frame. My car was fixed quicker than they promised! Thank you Gloria for outstanding work!

    I received great customer service from the time I walked in until the time I purchase the vehicle. I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle. JJ was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased.

    We had a great experience shopping for a new Chevy today. Salesman, Cart D., was knowledgeable and patiently showed us different vehicles until we found one that worked for us. He made us a good deal and the paperwork was quickly covered.

    I purchased a cadillac cts here at Jupiter Chevrolet, it was actually my first car purchase. our salesperson was Jj, he did a very good job in listening to what exactly i wanted in a car and was very friendly, had good customer service. Jupiter Chevrolet employees go above and beyond to making sure you get what you are looking for. i would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to buy a car.

    I purchased a used vehicle in July 2012. All of the staff was very helpful and courteous. They offered many options that helped me stay in my budget and never tried to push me for more. Now when I go in for an oil change or tire rotation they continue to give great, speedy service. Everybody is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership! Danna W.
