Excellent Service Department - Service Advisor Marvin
by Kristen M on 07/09/2022I took my Traverse in for the routine oil change/tire rotation. Service Advisor, Marvin greeted me with kindest welcome & smile. He answered all my questions and explained what would be done today, as well as what to expect on my next oil… change (checking of cabin filter etc.). He was so kind & his customer service was impeccable!! Not always, but on occasion, men in this field can tend to talk down to women or treat them as inferiors etc. Marvin treated me with the upmost respect and very courteous and professional. His professionalism as well as his impeccable customer service really stood out to me!! Thank you, Marvin, for making sure all my questions were answered and that I understood what to expect. by Luevanos on 05/02/2019updated 05/09/2019I’ve had a problem with my truck for over a year it has been in the shop for over five months at a time and still the problem exist service department gives me an attitude the manager and never speaks with me that runs Jupiter Chevrolet and… I get the runaround and parts are being put on and changed out to try to see if the problem can be solved and as of today it is still not resolved yesterday I talk to service Caleb and an attitude was given to me and told that the truck makes that type of noise it’s common then if it’s common explain to me why it was in the shop for five months and still today it is still having a problem and tell me if it’s common why are you changing parts out on the truck I will pursue this more and get it resolved like I said it’s going on a year of ups and downs I want to return jupiter Chevrolet the truck to them because it is not worth paying the amount of money I’m paying forHorrible service

He has been great on the follow up of the items I had asked for upon purchasing my Equinox and… made himself available to me for any unexpected items that may have popped up along the way. There is a reason that my father has purchased his last 2 vehicles from Jupiter Chevrolet and this is definitely one of them.Great experience with Robert

He was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions in depth & worked to get my monthly payments at an amount that I'm… comfortable with. He stayed an hour after closing to show me all the features on my new car, hook up my phone, set up my Onstar, etc! I even received a follow up call a few days later to make sure I didn't have any additional questions! I would definitely recommend Robert Duncan at Jupiter Chevrolet, my car buying experience was effortless & I'm in love with my new car!We're delighted to hear that Robert helped in giving you such a great car buying experience with us! I payed Jupiter a visit to purchase a vehicle they had on sale earlier this morning and was assisted by a salesman named Robert. Robert saw that I was ALL IN as far as purchasing the vehicle… goes.. but I couldn't finalize the paperwork because I was short on time and had to go into work. I advised him that I would return in the evening to complete the entire purchase transaction after my work shift. He calls me up less than 1 hour later to let me know the specific car I was going to purchase was SOLD. Yet he was holding a truck for a man flying in from Florida!!!!!!! I believe most people would agree that its ridiculous how this man would make me and my family waste our entire morning.... Keep in mind that he NEVER ONCE gave me the option to reserve or set it aside until I got off work within the same exact day.. Its almost like after he noticed he would be earning little to no profits from the car sale at the end of the day his efforts on helping me with my purchase went downhill quick. I will refrain from ever doing business with this particular Chevrolet franchise. If they don't see any beneficial earnings from the overall sale they will.. change up the numbers real real quick to their own benefit. I offered these people 10,700 for the vehicle.. the sales manager confirmed he couldn't go any lower than 11,104 on the price due to the competitive price (despite the vehicle sitting at the lot since SEPTEMBER THIS YEAR).. SOoOooOOOoo as I am typing this.. please tell me why I'm on their official website the vehicle is now priced at 10,999.. like WOW talk about fraudulent negotiation tactics.. very pathetic... I already confirmed a MUCH BETTER DEAL both price and mileage wise with a different franchise located in Cleburne TX, and am truly excited that I'm NOT giving my money to these money hungry individuals. Good luck to anyone doing business at this dealership.. don't let the back end finance people at this location steal you or your family's hard earned money!!!Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Were sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your experience. All of our sales managers and sales associates have the opportunity to sell the same vehicle. It is all first come first serve, which is something that the man from Florida understood when he sought to put money down on a truck to put it into the SOLD status, as you may have overheard. Our salesman, Robert, was more than willing to call you ahead of time to let you know so that you didnt come down here to realize it was already sold. Concerning the price of $10,999 on our site, our site states that there is also a $295 dealer prep fee on pre-owned vehicles only, which includes detailing the vehicle inspecting the vehicle, oil and fluids before shipment or sale.
