We talked about both sides of the equation. I can’t say I agree with the… policy of asking. There were no issues with service at all. I’ve recommended this dealership to people in my family and others. I will continue to do so. I use both Glen Polk in Gville as well as Sanger.Mr. McCuistion, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for continuing to recommend us to your family and friends. by Kim on 08/04/2025We took our Acadia in for a new brake light and help connecting to OnStar. We were heading out of town in a few days and were hoping to get it fixed before we left. Orlando Juarez was amazing! He took his time explaining everything to me… and had my car connected is just a few minutes. The part we needed for the brake light wouldn’t be in for a few weeks. David West had us leave the car overnight to test drive an electric truck. First thing the next morning, I got a message that the brake light was fixed and my car was ready to be picked up! David found the part at another dealership and had it picked up for us. Our car was clean and vacuumed and the tires were even polished! Road trip ready!!! Best customer service EVER! Thank you!Thank you, Kim! This absolutely made our day! We’re so glad Orlando and David went above and beyond to get your Acadia road-trip ready on time. From the quick OnStar connection to tracking down that brake light part and getting everything cleaned up—this is the kind of service we strive for every single day. I had to apply for their “fix now , pay later” option and wasn’t approved for the full… amount of the repair invoice. Paulo reworked my invoice to match the amount I was covered so nothing came out of my pocket that day! It was such blessing! Thank you Glenn Polk Chevrolet of Gainesville!Thank you, Kimberly! We’re so glad Paulo was able to get your truck in quickly and work out a solution that made the repair possible without adding stress. Outstanding Customer Service

Wait time was short and couldn’t be more satisfied. I’d give it a 6 star review if they had cleaned… my windows haha but other than that, it was great. 👍Thank you, Carter! Misleading
by Trey Posey on 07/10/2025GMC has a known issue, I told them what the issue was and they still wanted to diagnose themselves (I get it) so asked me to drop it off for the day. Never did she mention it was $180 fee. When the repair quote came back over $1000 for a… bad micro switch (which is a gmc issue) I told them I didn’t want to spend that much so they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee for something I already knew was wrong. So instead of wasting more money and living over an hour and half away so I’d waste 6 hours of driving had them fix it. Very disappointed in GMC and extremely disappointed in Glen Polk for being misleading. We have bought at least 10 vehicles as a family and as a small business the last several years and we will no longer consider doing business as a family or as a business with them any longer.The service manager Corey Brown reached out to me. He was genuinely concerned with my experience and took the time to listen and did what he could to make the situation right. Where as the GMC issue was never Glenn Polks fault Corey did enough to make me feel heard and I am confident he will take my concerns to help improve the service and over all customer experience.
