GMC has a known issue, I told them what the issue was and they still wanted to diagnose themselves (I get it) so asked me to drop it off for the day. Never did she mention it was $180 fee. When the repair quote came back over $1000 for a bad micro switch (which is a gmc issue) I told them I didn’t want to spend that much so they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee for something I already knew was wrong. So instead of wasting more money and living over an hour and half away so I’d waste 6 hours of driving had them fix it. Very disappointed in GMC and extremely disappointed in Glen Polk for being misleading. We have bought at least 10 vehicles as a family and as a small business the last several years and we will no longer consider doing business as a family or as a business with them any longer.

The service manager Corey Brown reached out to me. He was genuinely concerned with my experience and took the time to listen and did what he could to make the situation right. Where as the GMC issue was never Glenn Polks fault Corey did enough to make me feel heard and I am confident he will take my concerns to help improve the service and over all customer experience.
