Recently I upgraded my SUV and had the most pleasant experience with… Robert Fabian. He is the exact opposite of what you think of when you hear "car salesman". Thank goodness he's been at this location for 10+ years because I plan on always buying through him. Great service

My wife and I ultimately decided to go another route, but George checked in continuously with us throughout the process to see if… there was an option we were interested in. I asked him to do this and I very much appreciated that even though we decided on a different route. When my current VW lease was ending, I reached out to Robert to help me with my lease return as well as obtaining… a new VW lease. Although I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment time, Robert managed to accommodate me right away. Robert was very helpful informing me of the entire lease process, all the vehicle features, as well as advising me with helpful options available. I experienced a very pleasant and smooth transition from the return of my expiring lease, all the way to getting a great deal on a new VW lease, with Robert’s help. He answered every question and we went to see it in person and test drive. George had it waiting when we arrived.… We drove it and she really liked it. George provided everything we needed to know about it. We let him know we wanted to talk it over and would call him the next day. There was zero sales pressure at all which was refreshing. We called George the next day and said we would take it. He said they were going to detail it and replace the tires. By the next day, she was driving it home! She loves it! Highly recommend Hendrick VW and George Strong
by Anna on 03/28/2024We contacted George Strong online about a pre-owned Lexus NX and he promptly got back in touch with us. We scheduled a time that day to come in and test-drive the car. After the test drive we said we needed to think about it and would call… tomorrow and he said, "OK!"...no pressure at all and we loved it. I cannot stand a high-pressure sales tactic and George nailed it. We called the next day and started the buying process and we are now the proud owners of a great pre-owned car. They put new tires on it as well. A+ experience all the way around. Really fun atmosphere in the dealership as well.
