I've been a long-time VW driver and very loyal to the brand. Since moving here 13 years ago, I've trusted all of my VWs to Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco for service & sales. Recently I upgraded my SUV and had the most pleasant experience with Robert Fabian. He is the exact opposite of what you think of when you hear "car salesman". Thank goodness he's been at this location for 10+ years because I plan on always buying through him. Thank you for the exceptional service, Robert!
