Highly Recommend Autonation Ford Frisco
by vision4160 on 12/29/2016I would like to thank AutoNation Ford Frisco for providing excellent customer service, both before and after, purchasing my latest vehicle from them. I’d planned on waiting about one year before searching for an updated version of my 2003… Ford SuperCrew truck. Necessity started my search sooner than I’d hoped, but now I’m happy that it did. I was very meticulous about what I was looking for and had searched the internet for days trying to find it. My wife eventually found a vehicle online that matched what I was looking for so we made the fifty mile drive to AutoNation Ford Frisco for a test drive. AutoNation salesman Jacob Greene first approached me as I was peering through the window of the 2012 F150 SuperCrew which I’d come to look at. I was expecting the stereotypical high-pressure vehicle sales pitch from him, but that was exactly the opposite of what I received. He was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about Ford trucks. He had calmly answered every question I asked him about the truck and was glad to let me take it for a couple of test drives. Before leaving the dealership I decided to make a commitment and purchased that vehicle. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle which needed attention and he coordinated their resolution. His manager, Joseph Dew, was also very helpful and instrumental in getting my new vehicle ready. I’d like to personally thank Mr. Dew for his involvement and making sure that I was happy with my vehicle purchase. Because of time and circumstance I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership twice. Both times he made sure that the issues were handled to my satisfaction. One of those times Mr. Greene even met me half-way between the dealership and my home to pick up my vehicle. I’ve had to contact him on multiple occasions and he was always helpful. He was always smiling, courteous and patient. I really appreciate his attitude and determination to make sure that his customers are happy. When looking for my next vehicle I’ll be sure to start with your dealership and Mr. Greene first. I would recommend your dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle. Thank you.DO NOT BUY FROM FISCO FORD

by drewdrew38 on 07/11/2016The vehicle I wanted is based on 5 years experience of driving the same model. We wanted an update with features not available in th epast. We like "simple", most dealers sell only tricked out inventory since that is what the auto mfg… prefer to build. The specific model existed but 1,000 miles away. My sales guy needed some convincing that I really wanted that vehicle, but once things got in motion we got the vehicle we wanted. We appreciate your response, Drew! If you ever need any help, please give us a call!
Disappointed
by RayShine on 07/01/2016Scheduled for PM and service because engine light and fuel full warning illuminated. Was told coykd only do PM and need to schedule the service another time. Also told my complete coverage service plan is not complete. Also told would clean… car, and they did not.. Also there were white hairs all over dash and front areas when I picked it up. I'll use a different dealership for service from now on.Ray, we are deeply disappointed by your lackluster experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco. Our General Manager would really like to help turn your experience around. If you would be willing to give us another chance, please contact our GM at (972) 763-5523 to discuss what we can do to help.
Terrible Dealer
by SASDiver on 06/28/2016Nothing but trouble trying to buy from these guys. I knew exactly what I wanted and we settled on a contract within 2 hours. The dealer messed up the VIN on the contract and I've been back up there 3 times and still not had this… corrected. Once the finance guy even left for the day without telling us as we waited on him. We come to find out hours after when no one could find him. I still don't have a valid contract with my VIN. I left voicemails with loads of people and not one person has called me back aside from reception. This dealer has issues with follow through and responsibility at all levels. I now cannot drive my truck since the paper tags are expired and am forced to work directly through Ford credit to update my financing info and will contact the DMV to get plates.Thank you very much for sharing these comments. Our General Manager would really like to help turn your experience around. If you would be willing to give us another chance, please contact our GM at (972) 763-5523 to discuss what we can do to help.

by AltaphT on 05/02/2016I'd been looking for a used car for many weeks. Josh understood my requirements and the first car he showed me, I bought it. It had all the features I needed, and Josh also threw in certification for my peace of mind. No pressure selling. I… didn't feel like I was being hustled, which was a big plus. Thanks again, Josh. I'm enjoying my Ford Fusion.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your review and hope we can continue serving you for many years to come.
Worst Car-buying experience in 35 years!
by RikNChar on 04/13/2016Worst car-buying experience in 35 years of buying new and used cars! Wish I could rate zero (or negative stars). My story is below. Advice: Steer clear of this dealership at all costs! Don't be lured in by low-priced used cars--you… will not be happy with results! Details: I contacted AutoNation Ford Frisco on 2/29/16 to inquire about a 2008 Lexus SC430 being advertised on their web site. I live in Omaha and have been looking for that particular model nationwide. The AN car looked perfect for me, but was priced a bit too high ($25,999). After speaking with a salesperson (Kacey Young), I made a tentative offer to buy the car for $22K. Kacey checked with her sales mgr, and counter-offered at $23,888. I said no thanks, but to contact me if the car did not sell, and my offer would be acceptable. The price of the car on their web site dropped to $22,999 on 3/16, and I contacted Kacey again to see if my $22k offer would work. She again said no. On 3/23/16, I saw that the price on the AN web site dropped to $21,995, so I contacted Kacey again to say I would like to purchase the car at that price. Kacey promised to work up a purchase order and have the finance manager call me (on 3/24/16). At that time, I provided AutoNation with a $500 deposit (via credit card, thankfully) to hold the car while the financing was arranged. My own bank approved me for this deal, but AutoNation asked me to fill out a credit ap with them anyway. On 3/25/16, I filled out and emailed back to AutoNation my credit application. At that time, I made airline reservations ($280) to fly to Dallas on 4/7 to pick up the Lexus. I heard nothing from AutoNation for several days, so I followed up on 3/29/16 to see how the finance application was going. At that time, I was told the car had been sold (on 3/26/16) to another buyer! This was a day and a half after they accepted my $500 deposit to hold the car! I asked to speak to the Sales Manager (Dustin), who told me they couldn't "hold the car indefinitely for an out-of-state buyer." This made absolutely no sense, since I had just placed the deposit and was working with AN on financing. I told Dustin I had arranged financing via my bank and had made airline reservations to pick up the car. At that point (on 3/29), Dustin half-heartedly apologized and told me he'd refund me the deposit ($500) and the cost of the wasted airline tickets ($280). Since then, I've followed up numerous times, with no success. Today, I was forced to contact my credit card company to request a refund of my $500. I'm sure I'm out the $280 cost of the airline. Bottom Line: Poor communication, completely incompetent, negligent sales force (Kacey Young, Mark Cousino, and Scott Alter, Jr.), and ineffective management (Dustin). Needless to say I will not be doing business with any AutoNation store from here on out!Today I filed a formal complaint against AutoNation Ford Frisco with the Texas Better Business Bureau in an attempt to get them to honor their promise of reimbursement of my wasted airline tickets after they sold my car to someone else. Note that the BBB gives AutoNation Ford Frisco an overall "F" Grade for the sheer number of validated complaints over the past 3 years. Just one more reason to steer clear of this dishonest dealership!
