    My wife and I drove three hours to the AutoNation dealership to buy a Jeep she found online. The price she saw online, which seemed too good to be true, was indeed the price we paid. Nyle Moore was our salesman and he made the experience as smooth and painless as possible. We will certainly be recommending AutoNation to our family and friends.

  • Bad Service all around

    I had a 745 am appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 720 am. I was forgotten about until 920 am (2hours later) when I enquired about the status of my vehicle. No one could even find my vehicle more less tell me the status...so 10 mins later at 930 they finally found my vehicle and hurried and got it into a bay... So about 1020 am my car was finished. 3 hours...to do an oil change at 745 am. Good thing I have no life and could wait around while I was totally looked over and discarded.

  • An expensive leak

    I took my truck in for a leak everything worked fine but water was getting in the vehicle. There has been a known issue with this so I contacted RAM support for them to assist me. Once they take my truck apart for some odd reason the radio frequency stopped working not at all related to my initial problem but related to the leak. And then there was a battery issue where I had to buy a new battery because the battery for some odd reason stopped working again not a problem I went in there with. RAM support was awesome in helping out with these issues but the dealership made a very difficult throughout the process.

    I bought my car from Audi Plano with Tracy. Tracy was a stud and did everything he could to make the purchase as smooth as can be. I don't know if buying the car online through Autonation would've been different, but buying it from a salesperson and having the car delivered to San Antonio was a bit more of a hassle than I think anyone involved expected. Paperwork having to be sent via next-day air, lots of back and forth, that type of thing that makes the process easier with Carvana or the like. That said I am glad I did this process. Good communication with real people, a better price than Carvana or the like, and a car that was cleaned and detailed prior to its delivery. Thanks Tracy, and thanks Audi Plano for the solid experience.

  • Great Service

    Took my Jeep in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. All went well, except the technician did not rotate in the spare tire like I asked and the service advisor wrote on the ticket. I didn't notice it until I got home. I called the service advisor and he double checked with technician and he didn't do to. The service advisor apologized and got me in at my convenience the very next day and had it corrected. I am very happy!!!

    Don and the whole service team went above and beyond! My service appt was scheduled for early Mon (3/13) morning. I asked if I could drop off my vehicle early over the weekend, Saturday specfically, so I was not rushing to drop of my kids or be late to work on Monday. They happily accomodated my request. A little while after I dropped off , less than a hour, Don from the service team called to let me know they had accessed my vehicle. He confirmed what I had assummed was the issue, battery needed to be replaced. Additionally he let me know that they would be able complete everything that same day, including the oil change and tire rotation I needed as well. This was unexpected as my appointment was techinically scheduled for Monday, totally made my day! Thank you Don and team!

  • Standard oil change and tire rotation

    Very easy to make the appointment. Arrived on time and was immediately greeted and checked in. I was shown the lounge, which was large and comfortable. There are no refreshments, which is unfortunate. It would be nice if a place of this nature had a coffee option. The service went smoothly, no issues. Checkout was easy, and everything was explained. Prices seemed a little high, but overall a good experience.

    Very disappointed with the communication. Dropped car on a Tuesday, didn't hear from them until Thursday afternoon when I approved the repairs, and then never heard from them again unless I reached out and they could NEVER give me an estimate of when the car would be ready. Finally heard from them the car was ready the following Wednesday (over a week for replacing one "sensor" for over $1,000). Picked the car up and it still had the exact same problem. They hadn't fixed it. I ended up taking to another jeep dealer who immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repairs in one day.
