on1- I call and made an appointment 2 weeks ahead 2- I didn't get a loaner car, 3- I was told to come in 2 days they would have a car for me never did get it 4- They keet telling me parts were coming 5- 3 weeks later they told me to come and pick up my Grand wagoneer that they have to order the parts and it was going to be a few months to get them
