    I contacted Autonation early on a Saturday. Arthur answered immediately. They had the car I wanted, and they got it ready went up and bought it at opening. Very simple and very easy. I was thrilled. I had my mechanic do a scan of the car and it has never thrown and error code. It is pristine. I am ecstatic about my choice to buy from Autonation. I would recommend Autonation to anyone looking for a new or used car.

    Service rep Joe (Joseph) was polite and professional. Kept me informed through out the process. Department is ran better than others I've experienced. Only problem was that you set an appointment date for service and the vehicle doesn't get looked at until several days later. What's the point of the appointment then?

    I recommend 0 stars if possible, my issue started in October 2022, my car was in a accident, my insurance referred me to this particular dealership to repair my truck, everything was repair except the exhaust manifold leak, I was informed the part were ordered and once arrived DON will give me a call, I’ve made multiple calls left multiple emails, still haven’t heard from DON, I live 1 hour away and didn’t have the time to drive to the shop, 4 months later after numerous calls and voicemails I finally speak with DON, he advised me he will need to go to parts and verify if parts are in and he would call me back, hours passed no call back, next day I made multiple calls trying to reach DON and once again left multiple voicemails, finally July 8th 2023 I decided to drive to the dealership, remind you I’ve been calling since October 2022, I speak with a service advisor and was told the parts been here for months and they are full for the day and can’t take no repairs, I booked a appointment for the following week July 15th finally I see DON which is the most disrespectful no caring no customer service guy, tells me the repair man is out and I have to bring it back another day, I become upset and ask for a manager, the manger comes over and offer no help, I had to get a little irate for them to service me, finally they advised me they will have it taking care of within 2 and a half hours, 3 hours past of me waiting in the waiting room I asked DON what is the estimated time left for the repair, his direct words are, THEY FIXING IT and walks off aggressively, I had to ask for a manager again, he goes to check and they are just starting on my truck putting it on the lift, I’ve been here 3 hours already and they are just getting started saying the manifolds was hot they had to allow it to cool down, which the information was never explained now I have to wait another 2.5 hours, and DON and the manager was so uncaring, this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had, I will never ever ever come back, and crazy thing I’ve bought 2 cars from AUTONATION, well they definitely lost me and my family as a customer.

    • Called and spoke with David the GM and he possibly could care less by his demeanor and they way he expressed his concerns, basically ask me what I want him to do, your are the GM you should be offering me a resolution, not SAYING OK WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO.

    I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima from this dealer, 40k miles for just under $16,000, so it was a really good deal. Customer service was good and everyone was really friendly. My only critique is at the time they were training someone new to do paperwork which took probably a half an hour to an hour longer than it normally would, but it's no big deal everyone has to get trained at some point. Another note is the annoying extra "warranties" and extra purchases they try to push at the end of the deal, it was surprisingly hard to say no since they kept on explaining how good it would be. I didn't need it, it was a Nissan so parts and service weren't exactly going to cost me an arm and a leg, and obviously the car was going to be covered by my insurance. Overall a solid dealer, just be aware of that extra stuff they try to sell at the end of the deal and consider if you *really* need it.

    I took our 2023 jeep Grand Cherokee L in for an oil change and tire rotation, and while the vehicle was there, the service advisor noted that there was a recall on our vehicle….and his team was able to inspect the car for possible problems.

    After looking at all the Dodge dealers around Autonation had the most stock to choose from and the lowest internet posted prices for comparable vehicles. Also got me even lower interest rate than I had from my bank.

    Dana Dahl is what a Service Writer is supposed to be. Attentive, responsive, professional. Handles issues with calm, but also doesn't just roll over and give away the store. I used to run a dealership service department, and Dana would be the one I would hold on to at all costs.

    We take our Jeep to Autonation to see Don Ferguson ! Don is very professional and takes care of us. My mom has a dodge Ram van that had a lot of service issues that needed to be taken care of . Her van is a handicapped converted van that is essential for her and my handicapped brother to get around town . She first called the Dodge ram dealership in Cleburne Tx , they were so rude and basically told her that they were too busy to help her. I gave her Don Ferguson’s number at autonation Jeep Ram . Don took care of my mom and was quick getting her van back to her. Autonation is about an hour away from my moms house , Don even took her van to NRH Dodge to fix recalls he couldn’t fix at Autonation. Don is a great man! Take your car into autonation and ask for Don!

  • Service is fine but my vehicle sits for days before it starts

    I have no complaints about the service work actually performed and I think my service advisor did everything he could to ensure I received good service. My complaint is regarding how long my vehicle has to sit at AutoNation before the diagnosis can even start. I called on a Monday to schedule service. The scheduler said I could drop it off on Wedneday. I said fine and dropped it off Wednesday morning. My vehicle didn't even get looked at until the following Monday. This is a common occurence for me with AutoNation and I don't run into this with other dealers or repair shops. I totally understand that service departments are busy and it takes time between my request for service and when they can start the diagnostic process. But why do I have to surrender my vehicle for 3 business days plus the weekend before they even look at it? Why can't they schedule for me to bring it in the day they'll be able to look at it? Or perhaps one day ahead - I know they want to make sure they don't run out of work. But multiple days have never made any sense and I have been experiencing that with AutoNation for years. I don't run into this problem at other places. I have a service agreement on my vehicle so I am stuck with Chrysler for repairs. I have used other Chrysler dealers in the past but AutoNation is much closer to where I live. The truth is that I have been dealing with this for years at AutoNation and it no longer bothers me because I have come to expect it. I wasn't really even planning on submitting a review but AutoNation has emailed me 3 times asking for a review so I'm finally giving in and submitting one.

    My Service Advisor Ryan was amazing. He was very informative and let me know exactly the time range we were looking at for the diagnostics for both recalls on my vehicle. He offered us water, let us know that if one of the recalls was present in my vehicle he would order the part and let me know when it would arrive (which wasn't necessary since it didn't need it), and kept us informed.

  • A hour for an oil change

    This service department is so hit or miss! Sometimes I get great service so fast and efficient, others not so much. Of course the time I had both of my young children with me it was a not so much. . . I made my appointment days before, the new online system for booking a service is awful! Couldn’t even put in a simple oil change after receiving the text so had to book a different way, tried calling, just to request a text instead of someone just answering the phone, so annoying! Arrived at the appointment a few minutes early, stood around waiting for the service advisor to even come out and check me in for about 15 minutes and then head to wait another 45 for a simple oil change on a brand new jeep. It shouldn’t be so complicated!! The advisor was not friendly, even the poor lady who refilled my fluids could tell I was annoyed and kept checking on me because the advisor was lacking! If I didn’t have the jeep wave program, I would not being going here!

  • Avoid At All Cost

    I recommend avoiding this dealership at all cost. This location is rude and dishonest. My wife and I visited and I was greeted by Tyler. This salesman refused to greet or interact with my wife in any way, he would not even say hello or shake her hand. My wife asked several questions about the Ram we were looking to purchase and he would not look at her and answered her questions while looking at me. We inquired about adding options such as running boards and a spray in liner and were told that we should go somewhere else because "they charge too much here". When I asked to see a second vehicle to compare options, Tyler sighed and said the vehicles were not that much different. Eventually, we were shown the second vehicle. Throughout out interaction, the salesman continually yawned and kept checking his watch and made us feel like we were a bother. We were offered a test drive but it never materialized. We were told we had to give the VIN number of our personal vehicle even though we were not decided on trading the vehicle. I had done months of research on the vehicle we were looking at and knew there were specific incentives we were entitled to such as return customer loyalty cash. I asked about these specific incentives and was told "those must be old because I never heard of them". When I said they are on the website now, he said well my boss said you can't have them. On a side note, other dealerships have contacted me and offered these same exact incentives without being prodded. Autonation intended to keep these incentives themselves without passing them onto me. Please do you research! I did contact the corporate HDQ to let them know my customer experience as well as wrote a review on Google. I received a reply to my review asking me to contact the dealership GM because they wanted to assist. I contacted the GM and he was even more rude than Tyler. I was chastised for writing a review that was negative. The GM said since I wrote a public negative review there was nothing he would do for me. This dealership is dishonest and unscrupulous. They will rob you blind if you are not careful. Customer service is beyond lacking. It seems all they care about is making a dollar at their customers expense. This dealership had a bad reputation in the area under their previous ownership and that legacy lives on under new ownership. Save your time and go somewhere else that will respect you and appreciate you as a customer.
