Ordered our part, cancelled our original appointment, did not call back to reschedule our appointment until I finally called them, informed them of a vibration in the vehicle and they said they would look at it at the scheduled appointment two weeks later, they did not look at it due to not remembering talking about that, the issue was on the service ticket, did not comply with the 10 Wagoneer promises, no cleaning of the car, no courtesy vehicle, did not provide a premium experience, refused to correct updates/recall issues, wanted to make additional appointments, after an oil change they put a reminder sticker on dated for January of 2023 (we changed the oil in July), the same sticker allowed for 900 miles until the next change, Danny is an awful service advisor, Don Ferguson is his awful boss, they took advantage of my wife and just told her no to everything, she finally told them to install the door panel and give the car back, we will be going somewhere else from now on.
