  • Horrible Service Department

    Ordered our part, cancelled our original appointment, did not call back to reschedule our appointment until I finally called them, informed them of a vibration in the vehicle and they said they would look at it at the scheduled appointment two weeks later, they did not look at it due to not remembering talking about that, the issue was on the service ticket, did not comply with the 10 Wagoneer promises, no cleaning of the car, no courtesy vehicle, did not provide a premium experience, refused to correct updates/recall issues, wanted to make additional appointments, after an oil change they put a reminder sticker on dated for January of 2023 (we changed the oil in July), the same sticker allowed for 900 miles until the next change, Danny is an awful service advisor, Don Ferguson is his awful boss, they took advantage of my wife and just told her no to everything, she finally told them to install the door panel and give the car back, we will be going somewhere else from now on.

    FCA called me to have a dangerous recall completed. The store called me to set the appointment and assured me the part and technician would be there. I arrived to find out they did not have the part and would need to order it. So I have to find time to go again.

    Bought a truck here a few weeks ago, out of state purchase. The dealership arranged transport. The vehicle was delivered to the wrong place (not us) and the location of the car is currently unknown.

    Checked in to get oil change and tire rotation. Sat in the waiting room and enjoyed some coffee while I waited. They even washed the car and I was in and out in an hour. Amazing!

  • Reliable Most of the Time

    I bought the service plan and this has allowed me to be consistent with the care for my car. Nearly every time I’m there, I’m treated wonderfully. Occasionally, I run into delays and responses that appear to divert blame. I once waited 3+ hours for a warrantied tire change. When I experienced black smoke and slipping gears after an oil change, I was accidentally told to go to the dealership (not enough research and also admitted he knew which day I was there) and that it was just an overfill of oil. I read and research too. This doesn’t fit. All I wanted was it fixed and I did get my car back fixed.

    I have never been so disappointed in a dealership. Bought a truck at the end of June and for over a month nothing but trouble with getting truck fixed. Dropped balls, making people wait all day just to say that they haven't even oozed at it. After the appointment was made, still had to wait. More to the story but, I would not recommend or go back to them. And with this experience I will never go to another Auto nation.

    I knew I would spend a couple hours there but it flew by. The waiting area was nice, clean, and didn’t feel alienating. The seats were very comfy and they had actual vending machines for food and drinks for the wait time there. The staff was friendly and joked back and forth with me. Over all it was a really good experience for me. The previous service I took my Jeep to was at the grapevine location and the waiting area was dirty and tiny with uncomfortable chairs.
