I brought my vehicle in for service on 9/12. I let Don know some issues I was having with the car. He told me I would need to set up a separate appointment to get those things looked at. He did not try to set up an appt with me then and there. I had to call back the next day to try and set up an appt with him. He told me he would call me back no later the next day. Never heard back that Friday. I had to call back Tuesday for follow up. He promised he would call back by end of day. Wednesday still nothing. I had to call back again Wednesday to speak to Kyle for assistance. He took my info and was very helpful. Don eventually call me back and told me it was a good thing I bought my car there because he can help me, but it wouldn’t be until another week or so when they got a loaner back- MAYBE. He said he would call me within a week. Not holding my breathe. Auto nation in NRH has better and quick customer service! They actually care about their customers- and you do not have to buy your car from NRH location for them to take care of you!
