The service department staff at this location is fantastic! They were all so friendly, and did everything they could to take care of me and my car. I have the new 2023 Dodge Hornet, so there are issues that have come up that haven’t been addressed by anyone that I have spoken to yet. I have spoken to Mopar, the Dodge Connect app customer service, other dealership service departments, all to no avail. While they did not originally know how to take care of the issue I was concerned with, they continued to work on it until they were able to solve the issue. Donnie was very patient and helpful. Brian (I think that is the manager’s name) was very kind and personable. The service mechanic that was able to figure out how to correct the issue with my car was very helpful and determined. I am very grateful to the staff in the service department for taking such good care of my vehicle and getting my concern addressed.
