    I took my car in to have for serviced. The staff was friendly and very kind. I did not buy my car from there but they treated me with great customer service anyway. And had my car ready within hours. I definitely will by returning for any future service issues.

    Mark was the service rep; he is always very polite when I call and check on the truck. This is the second time the transmission had to be replaced in less than a year. They always provide a loaner vehicle which is usually a brand new vehicle, which is appreciated.

    I was able to find exactly what I was looking for through the Gay GMC web site. Nino contacted me the next day and I was in and out in a couple of hours. I highly recommend this dealership. Oh, forgot to mention the benefit of the service department. They guarantee a loaner vehicle; which is rare in my experience.

    Gay GMC communicated well when I first inquired with an email online. From there, I was greeted and with no pressure shown a car and options explained, questions answered. The deal that was offered was in line with what my research had indicated - and my trade was favorably priced as well. This was quick, easy, (even the financial paperwork -- wow). I left feeling like I had won something -- it was a great experience!

    I got some discount off MSRP, but it was a bit higher that 'TrueCar's average. But I also got more than I expected for my trade-in. Bottom line was not great, but not bad either. Part of this is likely that my choice of trucks was in pretty limited supply - GMC 3500, Denali, Crew Cab, Long bed, 4WD, Single real axel, Diesel - either white or brown. Only one existed in the greater Houston area (several counties). The dealer was friendly, I knew what I wanted, I knew he had it, so no conversation on what to buy was needed. Just show me the truck and what's the price. He was very helpful getting the Nav, XM, and On-Star set up. Only one problem - the GPS didn't work. I wish they had checked that before delivery, but it only took a week to get the part (antenna) and everything works fine now. I'm very happy with the truck as well as the dealer.

    My family has been doing business with Gay Family Auto for the past 10 plus years. It's almost always been a pleasurable experience. I had one minor hiccup there, it wasn't a major deal, just a minor inconvenience. These things happen. We have purchased new & pre-owned cars here as well as bringing in cars to the body shop when they have been in wrecks. Overall, Gay Family Auto has treated my family & I fairly. I want to express my thanks to Billy Moore, John Broughton & Ed in the collision shop. Y'all have kept our cars rolling down the road all these years & just want to say Thank You!!

    Had a great experience at Gay GMC. Someone was there to help us very quickly and they were pleasant and responsive to our questions. We had our 3 year old twin girls with us and they even helped us corral the girls while we learned more about the vehicles. Very friendly service.

    I bought a 2007 Pontiac Vibe at a very good price in November 2007. Pretty much all of the negotiations were handled over the internet with Nino. The staff at the dealership were all very professional, helpful, and provided a hassle-free experience. The owner, Marie Gay, is an absolute delight. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good and fair deal.

  • Car repair

    Took my car in for recall but had expired so they did it under warranty. The moon roof had leaked and soaked the inside,did the repair and had to return because another part had malfunctioned. I asked that the carpet,padding and all parts that got wet to be replaced!!!! They shampooed,deodorized and reinstalled.One week later I have an asthma attack when I get in the auto because it smeels so musty,I've even seen mildew started. Called today and was told that the service manager is out of town until Wed. I suggested that he be called,texted,or e-mailed. Wonder why he needs to approve the obvious--we'll see what happens and I will leave more info .No one greeted me the first time I went in and I had a very rude tech,better the second time after a call to Mrs. Gay but spoke to the service manager. So far not so hot!!!!

    been ther no one would even come out to greet you. have even tried on the internet but only contact or message you get is someone will contact you shortly won't be dealing with G U Y !!!!

    Wow. Got a great deal on a Mustang but they messed up and didnt want to sell it to me. And they rubbed it in my face that they didnt make any money on this vehicle. They wouldnt even give me a spare key made! Once they "had my money" the general manager, Mr. B., was rude and aggressively snooty towards me. And once again, I got no sales service because I was "getting a good deal". Yes, but I just paid the price they asked me to! I would rather buy from someone that would treat me with respect even AFTER they get paid. I will NEVER go to this dealership again.

    If you are looking for a great no hassle process then look no further than Gay Pontiac, and in particular you want to go talk to Nino. He got me a great price on a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT that none of the other dealerships could touch and this was even with having to get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. He made sure that everything was taken care of on the vehicle and even thought to not drill holes in my bumper for a license plate bracket or stick the annoying dealership sticker on the car. I also got a great price for my trade which I thought was more than fair. The best part was that I took care of almost the entire process over the internet. The only things I had to go to the dealership for was for my trade appraisal and to sign the papers and pick up my car.

After returning to the Dickinson, Texas area in 1948, Marie and Carl created Gay Pontiac on Highway 3.
