I guess this would be a testimony then a review. Two years ago I bought my GMC 2011 terrain from gay family auto. I absolutely love my truck. A few weeks ago my truck started overheating. The first person I took it to told me it was a coolant reservoir tank that was cracked. so I called Gay family auto, and I ordered the part. It was very cheap, my dad put the part in the truck. I took it for test drive it was still overheating. I took it to Mr. mechanic in Texas City he did numbers a test on it. he diagnosed it with the water pump and he said it will be $400 to fix it. I made a few calls I found a friend who said he can do it for 120 just by the water pump. I go to O'Reilly I buy the same water pop that Mr. mechanic was going to put in my car for $50. take it back to my friend he said that he cannot do it because it's too close to the timing belt he did not feel comfortable doing it. He said I have to take it to the dealer I started to panic the dealer that is a lot of money coming out of my pocket so I got online went to Gay family auto it made an appointment three things I saw. I have three recalls on my truck one was for the driver seat and the passenger airbag and guess what a water pump That Saturday morning I woke up early drove my truck slowly to Gay Family Auto and soon as I drive up I see a nice friendly face I tell him everything that I've been through he got my truck and he asked me how was I getting home can I get a ride home he says I'll do something better I'll give you a loaner car. I said great and you won't believe what he gave me a brand-new 2016 Arcadia Denali white for the whole weekend I had this beautiful truck Monday morning came and I got the real diagnosis of my truck it wasn't the water pump but the water pump chain broke they fixed it and all the other recalls and it was under my warranty so nothing came out of my pocket Monday night I got my trunk that it was clean from the inside out and washed Gay family audio has gave me nothing but the best service that I have ever experience from the from the car dealer my next vehicle will be definitely bought from Gay family auto!!!!!!!
