I typically do not write reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised and amazed by the level of service with Gay Family Auto, I felt I had to. Byron Schirmbeck is an amazing sales rep. He is attentive. He is funny. He is knowledgeable. The finance manager is just as wonderful. It was an awesome experience. I am already referring my friends. Customer service at its best.
