  • I got my first oil change!!!

    I took my car to get an oil change and was told it was not time yet and instead, they washed my car. So, I left and made a mental note to come back when it's due. I came back and the service was quick and easy AND I got my Yanni washed. I dropped my car, the ordered my a Lyft to take me home and when my car was ready, Lyft picked me up and took me back. The process was seamless; I even received a text with a video of the technician reviewing my brakes and tires! THANKS yall!!!

  • It could have been better it could have been worse.

    Communication around my vehicle repairs could have been much better. They resolved the issue I was experiencing nonetheless, but I would have preferred less issues and having to bring it back in along the way. My vehicle also wasn't cleaned at all after repairs were completed, normally at other dealerships I have been returned a spotless vehicle inside and out.

    I didn’t like the up sell. I was told my car hadn’t been serviced since 2017, but I purchased it from you all in 2022, so either you sold me a car and didn’t do any maintenance prior, or you lied to scare me into buying all the other services.

  • Great Find

    Not often you find a 10 year-old Mini Cooper with 3,300 miles. I called as soon as I saw the online listing of BMW-Mini of Dallas. Surely this was a typo. I was assured this was a one owner car they sold and serviced at every scheduled interval. I flew to Dallas the next morning and they mounted a new set of tires at no extra charge to send me safely on my way for a 12-hour drive back to St. Louis.

  • The Mini Experience

    From my first contact via email with salesman Kevin Choi, I was thoroughly impressed by both his quickness to respond and his willingness to assist me. Once we arrived at dealership it was pretty much the same when it came to customer satisfaction. I was able to get rid of my least favorite car I’ve ever owned to driving off with one of my all time favorite vehicles. I must also mention James as he was the bonus guy in finance. The mini has already found its home and has acquired the name of Sylvie for her beautiful silver color!!! This is fast becoming one of my favorite cars to drive. Much fun!!!!

    I recently had the most incredible experience with Mini of Dallas. I had an awful experience at another shop where the oil change on my car was botched, afterwards I was told my car was good as gone and they tried to close my case. I turned to Mini of Dallas and miraculously they made my car driveable again. Oscar and his team at the dealership went above and beyond to make sure that my car was running as good as it did when it was brand new. They offered me a detailed explanation of the repairs and provided me with options that I could choose from. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about my vehicle and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the end result. They worked quickly and efficiently and I could tell that they had a lot of knowledge and experience. I am so grateful for their help and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair services. Extremely grateful!

    I feel disappointed by the inaccuracy and lack of communication the service department provided. I lost a lot of time. - Oscar Miranda sent me a bill without details of what I was paying for after saying he would follow up with me about the sunroof. He ignored my calls, voicemails, and email. I paid, because I was driving around INHALING THE SMOKE of the NEW 2023 MINI Clubman loaner and wanted to get my 2016 back. - They told the warranty company that the sunroof track failed due to age, as if windows and and sunroofs require require regular replacements. There are hundreds of reports on the internet about BMW and MINI sunroofs getting stuck like mine. I purchased a platinum package extended warranty, when I got my vehicle, just to be told I needed to pay $2,800 when the sunroof got stuck. I have a 2007 Chevy and have had older vehicles and never had window or sunroof issues. * AFTER a "detailed multi-point inspection," I wanted to sell my 2016 MINI Turbo S Clubman, that I paid about $19,000 for just 6 months ago. They offered $7,000, like I was a joke. (I'm not unreasonable, I know that dealerships like to make at least $2,000 off cars, but it just showed the inability to see value in your product or trust your own service department.) My car has a Turbo engine, tinted windows, brand new Bridgestone run flat tires, and makes the ones on their showroom floor and lot look like clown cars. * Don't waste your time here, unless you like someone (Oscar Miranda) asking for a good review after providing horrible service. * I recommend getting a Chevy (my leisure cars have only required basic maintenance, like oil changes, batteries, and tires throughout the YEARS). * My friends with Dodge Chargers and Dodge Challengers recommend the hell cats. I'm going with that as soon, as soon as I sell this MINI!
