    The actual car service was great. The customer service was horrendous. I had to make an appointment just to show up and be told that the only good that does me is put me in line for service. It took 3 days and the weekend just to get my car looked at, another 11 days to fix an air conditioning condenser. 2 weeks without a car, half of that being in line to get looked at. The worst of this entire situation was having to call several times to get updates on my car. Not once was I called with an update without me reaching out leaving voicemails or calling the front desk to get in touch with my representative. When my car finally was ready most of the day was wasted on paperwork at which point I got the call later in the day too late for me to pick it up. Overall a terrible experience I will be looking forward to never having to take my car back for service, never dealing with the dealership again, or buying a Jeep brand car again. I’ve owned Toyotas, Lexus, and Fords and by far every one of these brands are leaps and bounds ahead of what I experienced at Jeep/Dodge/Chrystler/Ram.

  • 2018 Jeep Wrangler - Service

    I have lost trust in this service shop. I will not bring any of my vehicles back to this shop. Work on the vehicle - Took a slightly longer than excepted. Did not repair / clear all issues that I requested. (3/5 Stars) Experience with service rep - Little to no communication about my vehicle unless requested. Service rep would set deadlines for updates and not meet them. Service Rep tried to charge me for work that would not be included if I use the service shop for repairs. This was stated by phone and via text message that the charge would not be included. Took manager intervention to remove the charge. (1/5 Stars)

    to car and dropped off. They called said a rat chewed the wire and the bumper-to-bumper warranty does not cover it Car has 16,000 miles on it. When I picked it up I looked at the wire the wire is cut not chewed on

  • Joke of a Repair/Service Department

    Another Jeep dealership that provides horrific customer service. I received ZERO service tech initiated communication until he sent a text letting me know the cost of my service. All other communication regarding the status of my vehicle was initiated by me. Also found it quite comical that a tire alignment was recommended yet the multi-point inspection report indicated that my tires were "all checked and OK at this time". Not sure why a Powertrain Control Module flash and update took 7 business days to complete. Still trying to figure out where I can get good customer service for a Jeep.

    Great experience and friendly customer service! The only downside was that it took 3 hours for an oil change even when I had an appointment at 8AM.
