2018 Jeep Wrangler - Service

onI have lost trust in this service shop. I will not bring any of my vehicles back to this shop. Work on the vehicle - Took a slightly longer than excepted. Did not repair / clear all issues that I requested. (3/5 Stars) Experience with service rep - Little to no communication about my vehicle unless requested. Service rep would set deadlines for updates and not meet them. Service Rep tried to charge me for work that would not be included if I use the service shop for repairs. This was stated by phone and via text message that the charge would not be included. Took manager intervention to remove the charge. (1/5 Stars)
