transmission flush
by Chris 101 on 05/09/2023Always great service, but the reason for 3 stars is bc the 1st time I took it in for an oil change, my washer fluid cap came missing. Now with the transmission flush, the cover to my battery was loose and ajar and the little flip up tab… that covers one of the terminals had broken off. I love getting the real time updates with pictures if my tech finds something wrong with my vehicle. They show me exactly where the issue is,… what could be causing it and even a potential fix!! And that's all included with whatever I brought my car in for! I've never had the kind of service I get here anywhere else. As soon as I walk in, even if they are busy, the service advisors take a second to greet me and ask me how my day was and instruct me to my advisor if I don't know who they were beforehand. It's just a great experience from beginning to end. Even the higher ups take time out of their duties to greet customers. They are really professional and seem genuinely grateful for your business. I won't take my car anywhere else!Thank you so much for your very kind words. We are very grateful. We sincerely value your business and look forward to your next visit.

by chato1977 on 04/25/2023not very happy. Took the truck in for service and and to find out why the truck was shaking. The service scheduler George Castro was courteous and professional as all ways. I appreciate that and thank you! Now the reason I am not happy… about my visit is EVERY Time I bring my truck in for service and AutoNation rotates my tires you just refuse to update the tire pressure monitor to the correct position on the trucks information display center. AND I mean everytime!! Now I have to go back in and wait for the service scheduler to have time for me, wait for him to call the "TechXpert" or whatever, now I'm waiting for the "TechXpert" to come back to my truck. It must be some kinda joke with you guys because it happens every single time and I mean every single time! I bought my 2018 Silverado Z71 LTZ 2500HD new from you guys and every single time I have to go through this process of after I pay and am assured by the Service Scheduler, in this case George Castro, that the TPMS has been up dated and the tires have correct pressure and before I leave I check and NOPE!! I gotta go back in and do this whole stupid dance again. I already paid and am ready to leave but....here we go again since 2018 with you guysHi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Chevrolet South Corpus Christi. We only had one aspect that we were unhappy with and it was the right front door we thought was scuffed up but it… just cleaned up nicely. Diesel sensor replacement

Also direct communication very difficult, required going through two… operators and then mult. holds. Agent friendly and responsive.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. new vehicle first time service
