  • new vehicle first time service

    Took my truck in for its first oil change. brought it home and parked it for a week. the next time i drove the truck I noticed a large oil spot on the driveway. When I inspected under the vehicle, I found the leak coming from a loose oil filter. Found the oil level to be one quart low.

  • Absolute lack of communication

    Dropped off at 8am on a Friday. No one called me all day. I called 3 times all between 4 and 5pm, first 2 times no one would answer the phone. 3rd time spoke with someone in sales (only place I could get someone to pick up the phone) and the salesperson said they would walk my name/number over to sales. Never heard from anyone. Called again Saturday morning. Again, no answer. Went to pick up my truck and they were shocked! Not a single call, text, or follow up on status. Horrid service.

    I came to Autonation twice for my 2006 Trailblazer for 2 separate issues. Both issues were taken care of to my complete satisfaction due to the work and efforts of Angel M. Peña and Randy Roberts. There were a few other technicians that I don’t have names for but ‘Thank You!’ to them also. I have been here in the past and will definitely come again if needed.   • BUYER BEWARE – I WAS SOLD A WRECKED CAR SINCE I PURCHASED SIGHT UNSEEN.

    I recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes E53 AMG from this dealership. It was purchased sight unseen, which was a huge mistake considering the car had been wrecked and nobody was willing to be up-front about the damage to this $60k car they were selling. When my car was delivered from TX to FL, I noticed that the right rear-quarter panel was wrecked, and since the dealership never mentioned the car had been wrecked, I thought the damage happened during the transport. I called Mario to let him know about the damage, and he assured me that the damage must’ve been done during the transit, since the car had no such damage when it was at the dealership. In addition to the wrecked quarter-panel, there were multiple cracks in the windshield, large dents in both the driver and passenger door, tons of scratches down to the paint (extremely visible on a black car) and white paint spilled all over the rear left seat. Definitely not what I expected for a car less than 3yrs old with a price tag of $60k. I called the transportation company relative to the damage done, and was then provided pictures of the car during the pick up at Corpus Christi AutoNation. With the dealership in the background, I saw photos of the damage of the quarter-panel. I have tried reaching out to Mario, the sales manager Speedy and the dealership, but I am being completely ignored. They are well aware of Mario lying to me, and nobody will reach back out to me. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, much less to someone that is buying out of state. I am hoping someone finally reaches out to me so I can take this post down, but I’m not holding my breath considering how I’ve been ignored by everyone I’ve reached out to at this dealership.

    We did a value lookup for our old truck on Kellys site and the contact info went to several dealerships. We talked to several of the local dealers and were most impressed with Larry Padilla from Sales at Autonation Chevrolet. We told him we had done the Build and Price on the Chevrolet website and sent him the details on the truck we had specified. He conferred with his inventory manager and said he could order a truck to match our specifications and let us know the status. He then kept us informed when it had begun production and then on the shipping status, including when it arrived at the dealer. We went and checked it out and approved. It then came down to the out the door price, which worked out nicely. The entire experience was very smooth and friendly, just as you'd expect and hope for. I am happy to recommend this dealership and Larry in particular to anyone looking at a new Chevy purchase.

  • Terrible communication

    They took my car in the morning and I had to late in the afternoon to hear they hadn’t started. Guy said he would give me a call before the end of the day and never did. Had to call the next day to get updates. They told me they found no problems and to pick it up. They told me they changed the oil like I asked but after I had them double check it was discovered they never did it.
