transmission flush

onAlways great service, but the reason for 3 stars is bc the 1st time I took it in for an oil change, my washer fluid cap came missing. Now with the transmission flush, the cover to my battery was loose and ajar and the little flip up tab that covers one of the terminals had broken off. Little things sure, but in the long run, major.
