not very happy. Took the truck in for service and and to find out why the truck was shaking. The service scheduler George Castro was courteous and professional as all ways. I appreciate that and thank you! Now the reason I am not happy about my visit is EVERY Time I bring my truck in for service and AutoNation rotates my tires you just refuse to update the tire pressure monitor to the correct position on the trucks information display center. AND I mean everytime!! Now I have to go back in and wait for the service scheduler to have time for me, wait for him to call the "TechXpert" or whatever, now I'm waiting for the "TechXpert" to come back to my truck. It must be some kinda joke with you guys because it happens every single time and I mean every single time! I bought my 2018 Silverado Z71 LTZ 2500HD new from you guys and every single time I have to go through this process of after I pay and am assured by the Service Scheduler, in this case George Castro, that the TPMS has been up dated and the tires have correct pressure and before I leave I check and NOPE!! I gotta go back in and do this whole stupid dance again. I already paid and am ready to leave but....here we go again since 2018 with you guys
