    Buying my car was super easy. Everything from test drive to paperwork to trade in to getting the new car wrapped was super easy and the salesman ( Thomas Cheek) was awesome! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thomas walked us all the way through the process.

    Financed a vehicle March 28th, 2022 , same day I left the lot the radio was giving me problems. I took it back and they couldn’t really fix it , 2 weeks later white smoke was coming out my muffler everytime I turned on the car. I took it in and they said it was nothing to worry about . Took it home 3 people told me that wasn’t normal for the smoke to come out so I went and took it too a neighborhood mechanic sure enough there was some issues . So I took it too autonation April 26th and they kept my car an entire money until May 25th and not once did they call me too update me , notify me I had to show up , and repeatedly call too see what was going on with my car. May 25th brought car home , radiator fluid signal was still on so I took it back May 26th they filled it with radiator fluid and signal was gone . 3 days driving car I was getting horrible migraines and I kept smelling gas , so the 3rd day I drove it back too autonation and they said the month they had it there was oil spillage in the process of fixing it and it will eventually burn off , so I drove it home . A week passes and the smell is stronger , my migraines are horrible , my eyes are burning , my 2 year old was becoming fussy everytime we got into my vehicle. So I took it too same neighborhood mechanic too get a second opinion on gas smell , turns out there was a gas leak from fuel line . So I drove it too autonation too tell them what’s going on , they kept the vehicle for 3 days and I picked it up when it was ready . Now another week passes my car wasn’t moving while in drive , and when we would try to reverse the car wouldn’t move and then it would suddenly make a popping noise and jerk real hard . It’s June 16th and I’m without my vehicle once again . 3 months and the vehicle was a waste of 4000$ , it has been issue after issue , I do not recommend. They won’t refund me my money , or help me trade in my car all they say is they will look into it and I don’t hear nothing back from them.

    This was such an easy process! We got pre approved before looking at the vehicle we chose. I was able to go in and sign all the paperwork and everything took about 1 hour or less!

    I had a 9:30 appt to have oil changed and tire rotation. 3+ hours later with some proding from the service manager, they completed the job. It is very inconvenient to have the dealership service my truck as I can have it done at a quick lube and get a free car wash in 30 minutes to an hour without an appt. I can take my truck to Discount Tire and have the tires rotated in less than an hour without an appt. 3 hours was ridiculous. I will say that BJ Hutchins is awesome and is on top of her game. Too bad the service crew isn't...

  • No communication and mediocre service

    First let me start that I found a car online that interested me, spoke to a salesman in Tennessee about the details. I was already preapproved and when I received the buyers order (because I look over everything) I saw a $699 doc fee! Wait what!? I questioned the fee because in Texas it’s $150 max. I was lied to about the fee that EVERY autonation charges $699. Decided to move my business else where , spoke to autonation Corpus Christi where they were able to deliver the exact car I wanted for the $150 doc fee. Only issue is they lack communication, left me in a airport with no transportation for 3 hrs and had no idea where my car was at but said it will be in today! After the looonnnggg dreadful day I finally purchased the car after hours. No wash, no detail and still till this day 5 days later they haven’t finalized my purchase with my bank so I could purchase gap. Autonation quit dragging your feet...

    Autonation North CORPUS CHRISTI technicians did not get the job done right. When I got to Ocalla Florida I had to take to another Chevy dealer and after significant effort they got the work done right the first time. However to Autonation‘s credit they funded The rework-thank you!

    Worst experience ever with an auto body shop took 2 months for me to get my truck back, apparently there was a national back order on leaf springs which I did research myself and found out that was lie. I had to go to their vendor myself and order the leaf springs. When I finally received my vehicle my battery terminals were loose,battery bracket was broken and leaf spring clamps were loose!! I wouldn't recommend this body shop to anyone!! Poor communication and not being honest is what it basicly came down to!!
