I had a 9:30 appt to have oil changed and tire rotation. 3+ hours later with some proding from the service manager, they completed the job. It is very inconvenient to have the dealership service my truck as I can have it done at a quick lube and get a free car wash in 30 minutes to an hour without an appt. I can take my truck to Discount Tire and have the tires rotated in less than an hour without an appt. 3 hours was ridiculous. I will say that BJ Hutchins is awesome and is on top of her game.
