Financed a vehicle March 28th, 2022 , same day I left the lot the radio was giving me problems. I took it back and they couldn’t really fix it , 2 weeks later white smoke was coming out my muffler everytime I turned on the car. I took it in and they said it was nothing to worry about . Took it home 3 people told me that wasn’t normal for the smoke to come out so I went and took it too a neighborhood mechanic sure enough there was some issues . So I took it too autonation April 26th and they kept my car an entire money until May 25th and not once did they call me too update me , notify me I had to show up , and repeatedly call too see what was going on with my car. May 25th brought car home , radiator fluid signal was still on so I took it back May 26th they filled it with radiator fluid and signal was gone . 3 days driving car I was getting horrible migraines and I kept smelling gas , so the 3rd day I drove it back too autonation and they said the month they had it there was oil spillage in the process of fixing it and it will eventually burn off , so I drove it home . A week passes and the smell is stronger , my migraines are horrible , my eyes are burning , my 2 year old was becoming fussy everytime we got into my vehicle. So I took it too same neighborhood mechanic too get a second opinion on gas smell , turns out there was a gas leak from fuel line . So I drove it too autonation too tell them what’s going on , they kept the vehicle for 3 days and I picked it up when it was ready . Now another week passes my car wasn’t moving while in drive , and when we would try to reverse the car wouldn’t move and then it would suddenly make a popping noise and jerk real hard . It’s June 16th and I’m without my vehicle once again . 3 months and the vehicle was a waste of 4000$ , it has been issue after issue , I do not recommend. They won’t refund me my money , or help me trade in my car all they say is they will look into it and I don’t hear nothing back from them.
