This has by far been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tom Titus is top class he worked with me and definitely took a personal interest in my needs. No pressure sales, was available as a resource someone that I trust and that truly cares. Billy Kelly, went above and beyond to work with my financing, I'm sure he called in a few favors to help me out. He was a true professional. I recommend this dealership, I was treated with respect and the after purchase care has been amazing. Thank you. SE

My wife & I were looking for a midsize sedan and Sonata is one of our choices. We stopped by this location last Saturday as this is the closest Hyundai dealership from our house. We walked into the showroom (first thing that we noticed was the very warm temperature inside) and everyone was looking at us but no one was bother to to greet us nor offered help. A few moment later, a sales guy appeared, so I told him that I wanted to look at the Sonata and asked if they have any available on the lot. He said yes and invited us to his office and started asking me for my home address, email, and phone number and make a copy of my driver license before we have a chance to even see the car. This entire get-people-information-for-future-calls pre-sales process took about 15 minutes and then he started asking me what kind of Sonata trims that we were looking for, so I asked him what do they have available, and he said they have them all. I told him that we would like to take a look at the 2.4L SE style, at that point, he finally decided to get off his chair and took us out to the lot; the lot was half full and on the way to the lot, he offered to sell us a demo model, I looked it over and told him no. So we proceed to the only one that they have on the lot (the rest were turbo and hybrid) and I asked for a test drive, he suggested that I will test drive the demo one. I said to myself that it would be okay since I never drive the Sonata before, that should give me a feel on the handling, comfort, and performance. So I agreed. The drive was pleasant and the vehicle's performance, handling, and comfort level was excellent. We went back to his office afterward and I asked him for some cold water as it was 104 degree outside and about 85 degree inside the office, and i was told that they ran out the water bottles. My wife told me that they have a water dispenser in the breakroom, so I went to the breakroom and saw a whole bunch of tiny ants crawling on top and around the dispenser, I was so thirsty and thought I could just get some water from it without any foreign object, I would be okay. It turned out that was my wishful thinking, ants were swimming in my cup. Needless to say, my thirst got no prayer. Now, we talked numbers, he gave a quote from the sticker price of the other vehicle that I didn't test drive and suggested us to do a jumbo financing so that we can get the $1800 rebate and pay off the loan in a week of two later (I told him that we pay cash for the vehicle). We asked him if this is the best he can do and also asked for a copy of that offer so that we can sleep on it, we were told that we can't have that piece of paper even though that was the sticker price. He then went out and came back with a sales manager and the guy offered us $200 off the MSRP while at the same time chewing tobacco in his mouth. He also told us that the $1800 rebate is a mistake, it was only $1500. At that time, I was very thirsty and hot and didn't believe that these people would help us broker a deal, so we left and will never set foot to this dealership again. It's shame a good product being distributed by a sub-par dealership.

  • switch and bait

In order to try to sell a Genesis, Van advertised a price but omitted to disclose that the vehicles were demos with hail damage (unrepaired). When I asked if hail damage would be repaired, they said that would raise the selling price. When I asked for a lower trim model Genesis, the salesman said they had none, even though their website, and another one of their salesmen, quoted me prices for models with the lower trim level I was looking for. I immediately got the feeling this was not a dealership I would be pleased to spend that kind of money on a car from.

This is one of the worst dealerships we have ever worked with. We have never been more frustrated or humiliated in our lives. Leased a brand new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and received sub-par customer service from not only our sales man but also the finance manager and general manager. They had us back in the dealership 3 separate times to sign the lease paperwork because it was wrong and lied stating it was something that could harm us. They did not bring us back in because it was going to harm us, but because they had given us too many miles. The last time they brought us in, they had to re-print paperwork twice, because they were listing the wrong address AGAIN. When we went to get the car serviced, they gave us a car with the gas engine light on, and upon requesting a different car; they gave us a car without any radio or lights. When calling the General Manager to speak to him about the issue, he screamed at me and then hung up on us. We attempted to call him back and he again screamed at me that he was cashing our lease contract and would not repair our car and "Screw You" before hanging up again. We, as adults, were only looking for a conversation where we could resolve an issue with the car…Trying to end up on the same page. We will NEVER return to this dealership again! We have submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint as well. BUYERS, please BEWARE. Hope to save you the grief we have had!!!

  • Bait and Switch

I went in to buy a new car. The initial process took nearly 5 hours (I felt I was being kept captive), and I finally had to leave. I came back to sign the papers on the car I'd agreed to purchase, which was at another dealership. I didn't find out for another four days that the car I'd agreed to purchase had actually already been sold, and since I'd signed the papers, they had been trying to find me another car. Instead I had just been repeatedly told that they were having trouble getting the car to their dealership. A week after signing the papers, another car was located and on it's way to the dealership. When I went to pick up the car, rather than being a new car, it was a demo, and it also did not have the engine I'd purchased, it was one worth a couple thousands less new. I was given the option of taking the lesser car they delivered at the price I'd agreed to, or getting back my down payment and no deal. Typical bait and switch. Horrible experience. Now I am left with one day to find another car.

  • Stay away from Van

All the bad reviews cover most of my experience with Van. Eckert and Freeman came back with great prices and, fast response and nice people to deal with. The net sales guy at Van finally called after 1 ½ days and only wanted to confirm what I wanted. Next day he sent an email with a car link to see if this is what I wanted. I put in the quote on his site on the same car 2 days earlier. I wrote him a note saying he was not good to deal with and just wanted a quote. He through several email played a thug and just insulted me with no quote.

A pleasure to work with, and very reliable in explanations, and also available and pleasant after the sale. But, as in all car sales, choose carefully the add-on options you are purchasing.

Like many people, I fell in love with the new Hyundai Sonata body style. When it was time for me to trade in my car, I went to Van Hyundai and test drove almost every Sonata on the lot. The sales manager was so patient with me and allowed me to spend as much time as I needed deciding what type of Sonata was right for me. They did not have my favorite color in stock, so when I finally decided what I wanted, they gladly found the exact car I wanted and ordered it for me. I am very patient, so I gladly waited for what has turned out to be my favorite vehicle that I have ever owned. I spend a lot of time in my car, and this car has everything I need: navigation, Bluetooth, Blue Link...it's awesome on gas mileage and it's so pretty! I get compliments on my beautiful car everywhere I go. I am particularly impressed by the people who completed my paperwork. After spending all the time I wanted choosing my car, I was so pleased to be in and out of the office with my completed paperwork in less than an hour. I feel like everyone there wanted to make sure I was 100% happy and they offered me things that I agreed were beneficial for me like protection for the nice low profile tires on the car and didn't pressure me to get anything that I didn't want to get. I even set up my automatic debits there so I didn't have to spend anymore time contacting my lender to make my payments later. I just drove off and have been enjoying my car with no worries. I cannot say enough good things about the people at this dealership and the attitude of customer satisfaction that they exude. I will only buy cars from this dealership forever! They have made buying a car a pleasure. I feel like I was truly taken care of and that they would do anything for me! That's how a customer should feel!

Casey L. & Chris S. did a wonderful job of making my car buying experience as smooth as possible with their friendly attitude, knowledge, experience and genuine desire to make sure I was fully satisfied with the car I was looking to purchase. They both were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of in getting the information and answering all my questions which made my decision to buy my Elantra a very pleasant experience. They did a great job.
