Boerne Mercedes Benz Service Performed!
by BearcatGypsy on 03/31/2024We were hesitant to take our Mercedes Benz CLS 450 to MB Boerne for service as in the past we have purchased & serviced several vehicles from them & the service experiences are typically horrible, and the last sales experience so horrible… that we ended up buying this vehicle at MB if San Antonio. However, when faced with a recall check, we decided that as MB Boerne is only 2 miles away, how bad could they mess up a simple recall check? So we scheduled online (very convenient) & actually got a next day appointment on a Sat! We dropped it off with no hassle. Charles Spencer was our Service Advisor. He was very professional & friendly. Charles got us out of there in a matter of minutes & called a few hours later to let us know it was all set with no repairs necessary. We picked it up with no wait, no hassle and they even washed it for us! This visit, if not a fluke, has restored our faith in at least the Service Dept at Mercedes Benz of Boerne & we’ll be back to test them again for regularly scheduled maintenance.Thank you for your kind words! It is always great to hear that we were able to make a customer’s experience truly exceptional! We thank you for your business and look forward to your next visit!

by Service on 02/26/2024appreciate the quality of Mercedes Benz products, but I was very disappointed with the service department. On 2/24/2024, I brought my car to Mercedes Benz of Boerne at 1:30 pm with a flat tire. The advisor asked me if I had a tire warranty… which I responded yes but she said it was not valid. I told her that was not a problem I will look for my records and to please just check if they had the tire in stock and I waited for her response. After two hours, I approached her again and she said they were just starting to look at my car. She still did not know if they had the tire in stock and asked me to wait some more, I asked her to just let me know I had no problem leaving my car there to be fixed and coming to pick it up another day. Another 1.5 hours later, she called me to her desk and told me that they had the tire, but it would cost me $512. She said she could not reach the warranty company and asked me if I was okay with the price. She also said I would have to give her a credit card and expect to be charged $512. I told her that I did not care about the price, I just wanted to know if they had the tire and if they could fix it today or if I had to leave my car there and come back. Finally, another hour went by, and she came back to tell me that she was able to get a hold of the warranty company and that the tire had a prorated warranty that I only had to pay a portion of the price. I feel that the advisor’s communication and service continue to be very poor, and I say this because this is my 2nd experience with her, there was no need for me to be there for 5 hours. Then it was very disappointing how the advisors profile customers, but they refuse to review the service or customer records to offer a better service. I never asked for the price of the item I asked if she had it in stock. I have been a loyal customer for Mercedes Benz of Boerne for 9 years already and unfortunately, I have not seen much improvement on the service department.Thank you for letting me know about your situation. Not valued or cared for
by G2023spb on 02/10/2024Scheduled A service, upon arrival service advisor no where to be found, after 45 minutes of waiting, I had to go back to the service area to see if he was available. After 3 hours of waiting, they overcharged me 50 dollars, when confronted… about the charge he simply replied “oh um that’s disposable fee” I didn’t wanna make a scene and simply left unsatisfied with the overall care and service at this dealership. The BEST customer care experience

He assessed damage, eased… my anxiety and helped with the transfer of my car to the body shop and everything. I don’t know how to thank him enough! I’m truly grateful.
