The BEST customer care experience

onI don’t even know where to start… I got in a minor car accident and I called my service advisor, Andres Potes to ask for advice (I’ve never experienced something like that before) he really helped me in every way. He assessed damage, eased my anxiety and helped with the transfer of my car to the body shop and everything. I don’t know how to thank him enough! I’m truly grateful. You won’t find this level of care and service anywhere else and that’s why I’m with Mercedes Benz Of Boerne.
