onScheduled A service, upon arrival service advisor no where to be found, after 45 minutes of waiting, I had to go back to the service area to see if he was available. After 3 hours of waiting, they overcharged me 50 dollars, when confronted about the charge he simply replied “oh um that’s disposable fee” I didn’t wanna make a scene and simply left unsatisfied with the overall care and service at this dealership. Won’t be returning here
