Great Sales, Rocky Service Follow-Up

The sales process itself was smooth, and everything seemed in working order at the time of delivery. However, just a day after the purchase, the AC began having issues. Due to… travel, I couldn’t bring the vehicle back immediately, but once I returned, I contacted the service department and scheduled a visit. While the staff was courteous, the repair experience was frustrating. There was a lot of back-and-forth between the service team and the warranty department over who would cover the repair costs, which delayed the process for several days. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I wasn’t getting clear updates and eventually had to show up in person to get answers. I ended up escalating the issue through the sales manager, who was helpful in pushing the repair forward. In the end, I was still charged over $2,500 for a major AC repair on a vehicle I had owned for less than two weeks. The lack of internal coordination and clarity around warranty responsibility was disappointing, especially considering how soon the issue occurred after purchase. Lacking communication quality assurance
by Noah on 06/27/2023Service advisor would not return phone calls, passed me on to another person. That person seemed to be interested in helping at least. Unbelievably over priced. They offered to change my windshield wiper blades for $109. No thank you. I… took the vehicle to the dealership only because of a recall. And since I had it there wanted to get some other issues fixed. Well the airbag with the recall issue is on back order and no clue when it will be available. No big deal its just an issue that if not fixed the airbag could kill you if deployed in an accident. Pathetic. I know this isn't the dealerships fault but they could have said something before I took it to them. Lastly quality assurance. They replaced basically the entire steering system, so I'm told. You would think they wouldn't leave something like the steering wheel out of alignment. Well they did. It was fine before the service but now it is not. I get to drive down the road with the steering wheel at 11 and 4 instead of the normal 10 and 2. Very discerning.Noah, I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your visit to our dealership. Great Routine Service & Customer Care

This time, he really looked out for me as a huge thunderstorm with hail was heading to Boerne from the… north. Terry called me and alerted me and when I told him I could not get there, he made sure my car stayed under cover.Fortunately, no hail, but my car stayed clean and didn't need to be washed before I picked it up.Scheduled Maintenance and oil change
