Terry Shaw, as always, is very knowledgeable of my vehicle concerns. He is a professional and treats me with respect. I appreciate Cavender having such a valuable employee/ asset to handle my vehicle needs. He assigned a very knowledgeable technician to perform services on my vehicle and check other concerns I had. My vehicle is one hundred percent again, thanks to Terry and Jace. Thanks again
