    Too much time consuming want to look get the paperwork done and go within an hour that’s what I would wish for this is our last purchase we made it through

  • WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER

    worst dealer experience ever. I have purchased probably around 50 cars from dealers in my life and I had some bad experiences, but working with bmw of Beaumont was the worst. I am not sure how they have remained in business. Usually dealers rush to get the sale done. This dealer was stalling every chance they got. My transaction took around 20 days. After my loan with a great credit history got approved and the credit card was changed for the down payment , it took more than 2 weeks to release the car. For some reason the file had to go through 3 different states of approvals at the dealer. Usually on once the dealer collects the down payment and the loan is approved, the car is ready to be picked up, but not with bmw of Beaumont. After 20 days and all the approvals, the dealer wouldn't release the car to the truck driver for transport, so I ended up losing time and money, because I had paid a deposit to the truck driver, which wasn't able to pick up the car, after the dealer told me the car is released for pickup. The driver waited for 6 hours, left and kept my deposit. I don't blame the driver. After almost 3 months, I finally received my registration and plates. I am sure they will blame that on California DMV, but they were not able to send me the package to sign. I am assuming that's because their registration department and the shipping department is different. I have an email chain as proof how they tried to send me the package 3 different times, which I never received. Then I finally asked them to email the forms so I can sign it and mail it back. Just incompetence on every corner

  • Bad customer experience

    Car I bough from them has issues just a few weeks after purchased (before the 30 day cut off) they wouldn’t fix the problem or the car and the only solution offered was to trade it in, so I decided to accept because I was very unhappy with my purchase just to find out they wouldn’t take the car I just purchased for the same price, but almost $6k below of what I just paid for it. Unbelievable response and customer service from a high end brand

He provided me with the exact vehicle I was looking for - he and the team their at BMW had my paperwork ready to go upon my arrival that afternoon.     As my salesman I had the pleasure of meeting Chris James. He was informative, not pushy and most importantly he wanted me to leave satisfied with what I wanted ! He was patient and listened to me as a not just a sell but as someone who was interested in my thoughts and opinions. The whole experience was comfortable from being straightforward to exiting the door with me knowing and understanding every function of my new SUV. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Chris. Great job guys !

    My purchase was pretty smooth. The guys bent over backwards and adjusted thiers schedules to make it easy for me. One of the managers verbally told me I had 30 days to return the vehicle if I noticed problems with the car. Sure enough..shortly after my engine light came on. It was a sensor but true to their word they paid for it to get fixed and it wasn't cheap. Plus the manager noticed the vehicles tires had low thread and he swapped them off for new ones. He said it was the right thing to do.

    I live in Austin TX, and was in the Beaumont area for just the weekend for my niece's first birthday. Woke up on Saturday morning, and had a flat on my new X3. Was very stressed because I was missing the festivities. BMW of Beaumont's service department squeezed me in within 20 minutes, gave me a loaner so I could go visit with family and had my tire changed by closing time on that same day (which was a Saturday). Taylor the service manager was very nice, professional, and efficient. Thanks!
