Jonathan treated me like royalty, assisted me via telephone, an hour away - and made it seem effortless! He provided me with the exact vehicle I was looking for - he and the team their at BMW had my paperwork ready to go upon my arrival that afternoon. Destiny was patient and took her time showing me all the features inside my new X3. BEST customer and sales service ever.
