WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER

worst dealer experience ever. I have purchased probably around 50 cars from dealers in my life and I had some bad experiences, but working with bmw of Beaumont was the worst. I am not sure how they have remained in business. Usually dealers rush to get the sale done. This dealer was stalling every chance they got. My transaction took around 20 days. After my loan with a great credit history got approved and the credit card was changed for the down payment , it took more than 2 weeks to release the car. For some reason the file had to go through 3 different states of approvals at the dealer. Usually on once the dealer collects the down payment and the loan is approved, the car is ready to be picked up, but not with bmw of Beaumont. After 20 days and all the approvals, the dealer wouldn't release the car to the truck driver for transport, so I ended up losing time and money, because I had paid a deposit to the truck driver, which wasn't able to pick up the car, after the dealer told me the car is released for pickup. The driver waited for 6 hours, left and kept my deposit. I don't blame the driver. After almost 3 months, I finally received my registration and plates. I am sure they will blame that on California DMV, but they were not able to send me the package to sign. I am assuming that's because their registration department and the shipping department is different. I have an email chain as proof how they tried to send me the package 3 different times, which I never received. Then I finally asked them to email the forms so I can sign it and mail it back. Just incompetence on every corner
