    I have been placed on a DO NOT SERVICE LIST at this service center. Given that I cannot be serviced there, I would like to share the reason why this has happened. Do not buy or deal with these dealerships before reading the reviews on the BBB and on-line. Be forewarned that several customers report that they are manipulated in giving the dealerships a high rating in exchange for a free service. If the reviewer does not across the board give high marks, the offer for the free service is reneged. So be wary of any high marks. The three dealerships are owned by Paul Peebles. The General Manager at Humble Hyundai is John Kay and the Fixed Ops Director at the three dealerships is Tim Shipe. Rather than honor my safety recall appointment of three weeks, I was told that I needed to return because the part was not available and that customers need to come in first to have their VIN number and odometer photographed before the recall part can be ordered. Total BS. They then give you a 21-point inspection list of REQUIRED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION items: brake flush 169.95; fuel injection cleaning service 179.95; engine coolant 159.95; transmission fluid change 331.37; and most incredibly, an alignment of 119.95 for tire damage and abnormal wear [for 4 one-month old tires with alignment done at time of purchase]. $1,040.64 worth of unnecessary repairs. I was then put on a DO NOT SERVICE list at the three dealerships managed by Tim Shipe and owned by Mr. Peebles - because I became upset when I was lied to and made to waste my time and work. Mr. Shipe was quite smug when he told me that I was banned from ever getting service at the Baytown, Humble and North Freeway dealerships. This is a safety recall and one which these individuals are not addressing as required by federal regulations. They have no regard for customer's safety, time or money.

    We found the vehicle we were interested in on CarGurus, called ahead and spoke with Ms. Jeanetta. Since our drive was over an hour, wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available. She was most pleasant, met us as soon as we pulled in. Our transaction was a bit “unusual “ but they, Ms. Jeanetta and Lee Love in finance were both working with us to get paperwork done. We took possession 2 days later as desired by us. Overall, a seamless experience and we highly recommend Baytown Huydai!!

    Just purchased my first Hyundai from Kimberly Woodburn. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right car for me, a beautiful 2019 Hyundai Sonata limited edition . I would (and already have) recommend her to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure!

    I'm writing to convey my thanks to Baytown Hyundai an in particular Jeff Surratt my salesman. Jeff was extremely helpful from my initial contact about a vehicle through the entire process until I drove off of the lot in my new Santa fe. Jeff's attitude was always positive in particular in handling the financing which can be quite daunting. I was quite specific on what type of vehicle I needed and what price range that I wish to remain at and through the process Jeff provided exactly what I requested. There was no haggling or arm twisting which can be apart of the process I must say from the finance department to the sales department everyone handled my needs respectfully and courteously, I only wish after dealing with several other car outlets I had made Baytown Hyundai my first choice I would highly recommend this dealership and I particular look up Jeff Surratt he is what a salesperson should be. Thank you to all of the staff at Baytown Hyundai for your help in my car buying process.

    Was looking for a good, reasonable car for my daughter. As soon as we arrived Zachary Martinez came to ask if there was anything he could help us with & from that point on he made us feel welcome, comfortable & was very helpful! Great customer service! Also Mr. Ray was very helpful, super nice, explained everything very well! Great customer service! The manager was also very helpful and nice! I will definitely be recommending family and friends to the Baytown Hyundai on i-10! I PAID THE LEAST AT I-10 EAST!

    Lee Ehrlich, Service Manager, is a wonderful representative for Baytown Hyundai. Our 2016 Hyundai Sonata showed that a headlamp bulb needed replacement. I emailed Mr. Ehrlich early this morning, explaining the problem, and advising that we would be there when they opened at 9. I had attempted to replace the bulb myself but couldn't get it to clip in properly. In the email, and when we arrived, I explained that my wife had to be in Austin today as soon as possible for work. Lee went directly to the car, I popped the hood, he managed to replace the bulb and properly clip it in in about 15 minutes. Then, even greater unexpected magic. He said, "No charge." We expressed our deep gratitude, and assured Lee, that we will purchase our next vehicle at Baytown Hyundai. This 5-Star Service experience would lead me to recommend Baytown Hyundai very highly.

    I am a repeat customer, just not as soon as I thought I would be. T.S. Imelda flooded my car I had purchased at Baytown Hyundai 4 months before she hit. I contacted Kim and Lee to let them know what happened. They were so helpful and had me into a 2020 brand new car before I could get a rental car. They did all of the work and I only had to get there to sign the papers and drive away in my new car. They truly help the community and their customers. I will be a three-peat customer when I purchase my next car, just hopefully not so soon 😉 Amazing service all around from beginning to end.

    We had a wonderful experience buying a car from Baytown Hyundai. Jeanetta was a kind and knowledgeable salesperson. She was so patient with us, even when we flip-flopped on color combinations many times. She took her time to answer all of our many questions. Chris in the finance department made the process quick and easy. From start to finish the process was enjoyable! Thank you Baytown.

    Zain Naqvi and the staff at Baytown Hyundai are fantastic. Not only are they helpful and knowledgeable about their cars and services, the dealership has a laid back, no-pressure atmosphere. Zain went out of his way to listen and understand what we were looking for in our next vehicle. He presented several options for us to consider; when we made our decision he was able to give us a fantastic deal that exceeded our expectations.     Zain Naqvi gave me and my son excellent service. I went in with my son who was looking to trade his 2017 Sonata in for a 2019 Santa FE. I was so impress with the service he received from Zain I also traded my 2017 Sonata for a 2019 Santa Fe Let's say Zain and Fez made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Fez the manager was able to work the deal and get us out in no time. Didn't have to spend the entire day in the dealership. This is the second car I've bought from them and because of the service we receive will return again and have let family members know if you are looking to purchase a car go by and ask for Zain Naqvi. Thank You Gentlemen. Will also like to give Pablo the porter excellent review for the excellent way he detailed my new Car.

    Best experience ever. Salesman Deno and financial mgr Lee made this the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. If you don’t believe me, just stop by and ask for Deno. He will make your stay very pleasant and down to earth as possible. They actually speak to you as a person and not as a profit. Stop on by and I think you will agree

    I bought a 2018 SantaFe a year ago today and they could not find the second key. After phone conversations, visiting the dealer and emails I still do not have the second key. Next stop is corporate and the BBB.

    On April 24, 2019 we purchased a Santa Fe. My salesman Deno and financial manager Lee are the greatest. They made my experience simple and made the whole visit very pleasant. We showed up, and by the evenings end we owned the vehicle we came in for. My hats off to Deno and Lee and staff for a most pleasant transaction.

    very nice. everyone I talked with were easy going and seemed very interested in what I wanted in a car. I feel I got a very good deal on the car I finally choose. no one rushed me and I was still in and out in under 2 hours with my car.

    Baytown Hyundai is amazing! went to Ron Carter and we walked around for 20 minutes and no one came to help us. came to baytown and Willis immediately helped. second time purchasing a car from baytown, highly recommend. Willis is the best man.

    My brother had a contract signed by the Manager and planned to get it on Sunday 4/7/2019 he took off work the day before 4/6/2019 to be there on Sunday. And we planned on driving 6 hours to go and get it, my brother is 20 minutes away from where we live and gets a texts from his sales rep that they made a number contract with that was signed and she told him the GM sold it from under her to someone else. So we called the GM and not once did he apologize and was just being comepletly rude and disrespectful.
