I'm writing to convey my thanks to Baytown Hyundai an in particular Jeff Surratt my salesman. Jeff was extremely helpful from my initial contact about a vehicle through the entire process until I drove off of the lot in my new Santa fe. Jeff's attitude was always positive in particular in handling the financing which can be quite daunting. I was quite specific on what type of vehicle I needed and what price range that I wish to remain at and through the process Jeff provided exactly what I requested. There was no haggling or arm twisting which can be apart of the process I must say from the finance department to the sales department everyone handled my needs respectfully and courteously, I only wish after dealing with several other car outlets I had made Baytown Hyundai my first choice I would highly recommend this dealership and I particular look up Jeff Surratt he is what a salesperson should be.
