Lee Ehrlich, Service Manager, is a wonderful representative for Baytown Hyundai. Our 2016 Hyundai Sonata showed that a headlamp bulb needed replacement. I emailed Mr. Ehrlich early this morning, explaining the problem, and advising that we would be there when they opened at 9. I had attempted to replace the bulb myself but couldn't get it to clip in properly. In the email, and when we arrived, I explained that my wife had to be in Austin today as soon as possible for work. Lee went directly to the car, I popped the hood, he managed to replace the bulb and properly clip it in in about 15 minutes. Then, even greater unexpected magic. He said, "No charge." We expressed our deep gratitude, and assured Lee, that we will purchase our next vehicle at Baytown Hyundai. This 5-Star Service experience would lead me to recommend Baytown Hyundai very highly.
