Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

Love the staff and confident in services

I find many places don't realize how important just being Nice can be to… customers. The way I am treated when I come to First Texas Honda makes me want to return to continue the care of my car and the next car I would purchase. Being Nice goes a long way with the public and everyone there is always smiling and helpful and listens if you have a question. Its my favorite car dealership I've ever worked with.Wow, Darlene! He took the time to show me how to change my wiper blades and did one as an example even though they were short staffed. Thank… you so much DJ!You are so welcome! He was responsive and very easy to work with. My only negative comment is about the quality of the interior detail I… purchased. I didn't notice until I had left the dealership, but the interior console and door sills had clearly not been cleaned well. I had had my car detailed once before and thought First Texas Honda did a very good job...this time, not so much.First time maintenance

Told me to park my car in the express lane n someone will be with me. Waited for about 5 minutes n the service guy came n was… completely nice and attentive. I was going to get a ride back but he said it would only take an hour n to enjoy the service cafe. It was AMAZING!!!! Free coffee drinks just as good or better than Starbucks and small snacks!!!! I ended up staying and waiting for my car. Price was great, I was expecting to pay more. Will go back and happy to go n wait for my car.Great Experience

I got emails from all, they all showed a number of vehicles that I was interested in, but First Texas was the ONLY dealership that told me they had… the exact car (exterior color with color interior that was important to me) I was looking for and that they had one on the lot. I called for an appointment and drove the car home the same day. I was very impressed by everyone I met at the dealership. I would buy from them again.Almosthappy

He was realistic in his estimate of how long it would take to repair. He understood my need for a vehicle and… arranged for a loaner car for me. Tim kept me informed at every stage of the repair. He even had my car washed and cleaned when it was returned. It was a great experience, and I won't hesitate to come back!Mistake made good.....

For some reason they replaced front & back brake pads & turned front roters. My service guy came to my… rescue & said all I wanted was oil change & so manager took off the bill for everything else....I was so happy & will still keep coming to First TX Honda even though the one in Round Rock is closer to me. I really like the snack bar too.Excellent service in a timely fashon
