    Great service getting my oil change and maintenance check-up. The waiting area with free wifi and coffee made my stay more than accommodating.

    In just the few months since we had our CR-V routine service I found a new reservation system for our new Accords first oil change and tire rotation. I arrived, was quickly greeted by AJ, and drove off earlier than the time promised. It was easy to pass the hour and a half with wifi and refreshments available in the reception area. There was even some classic guitar briefly as a talented technician entertained us briefly during his lunch break. How typical of the eclectic folks working at First Texas. Servicing the car may have been the best, non-hectic moment if the workday!

    The title of my review says it all! I like 1st Texas Honda's service dept. I bought my used 2005 Civic Hybrid from Howdy Honda. I didn't like the attitudes of their service personnel who always seemed to give off an air that they were doing my a favor by servicing my Civic. Howdy Honda did an airbag recall on the driver's side but never bothered to mention that the seat belt wasn't sending a signal or that that because of that lack of signal my airbag would not deploy. One day on a whim, I went to 1st Texas for an oil change. While there I was informed that the driver side airbag wouldn't have deployed in the event of an accident. I was also informed that the passenger side airbag was eligible for a recall replacement. They called me when the parts arrived, I made an appointment, repairs were made without cost to me. Add to that the fact that my synthetic oil change at 1st Texas is half what Howdy Honda charged me and now I'm a fan and loyal customer. My only complaint is that they never seem to remember to put an oil change sticker in my windshield, but I guess I can live with that oversight. If I ever buy a new Honda while I'm in Austin it will be from First Texas Honda.

    I was very impressed watching John talk w a woman about servicing of her vehicle. He reassured her for 15 to 20 minutes on EVERY question from: 'Are ur mechanics experienced?'. Thank u for hiring this man of true patience to deal w people like this. I am continually amazed at the customer service at first Texas Honda. Thank u!!!

    I was lucky enough to blindly pick First Texas Honda after buying my used 1994 Honda Civic 2 door coupe in 2003. Everyone, from the parts counter people to the Service Advisors to the mechanics all performed quality work with little frustration in a timely manner. I credit First Texas Honda with my '94 racking up 278,000 miles before selling her for a 2008 Civic Si Two door coupe. As with my '94, my 2008 Civic received the same quality treatment and customer care from the associated mechanic and service advisor. I would not hesitate recommending First Texas Honda's service dept. to ANYONE who owns a Honda vehicle. Honda manufactures a quality product, but their cars MUST be maintained with quality Honda parts which are serviced and installed by competent mechanics.

    I had an appointment. Was told work ight take 3 hrs and was offered a rental. I chose to wait. Work only took 1.5 hours.

    I could not have been more pleased with my recent purchase of a new Honda Accord at First Texas Honda. Mark Klingele saw my husband and me looking at a car, encouraged us to sit in it, and get the feel of it. Then he offered us a test drive. He understood my hesitation and said if I'd rather, he would drive it out of the show room into the nearby neighborhood. That's what we did. Then I drove it around and got the feel of it gradually...without all the traffic. It didn't take long for us to decide this was the very car we were looking for. The team at First Texas Honda was so helpful in working out all the details of buying the car...transferring insurance, arranging for new plates. They made everything easy...and we got a car that we love. Many thanks to First Texas Honda!

    I purchased a Honda Fit 2017 in first Texas Honda dealership. Calvin helped me with the whole process including test driving. He is the salesman that I would recommend to my friends for the first time car purchasing in this country.

    Brought my car in for front brakes for my 2013 Fit as previously recommended. The work was finished in time frame promised. Ultimately traded the car in that day to lease a 2017 HRV.

    I don't think you could find nicer employees at a car dealership. They're so efficient and accommodating. And if something goes wrong, they take care of you. Everyone there seems to be happy to work there, which makes the experience so much better.

    I just spent $780 for 4 new tires, an oil change and a battery sensor recall repair to put sealant on the battery posts. Timely service, nice folks to talk to.

    Our experience at First Texas Honda was calm and professional. The salesperson was amazing and definitely no pressure, the sales manager was easy to deal with, the finance guy made productive use of our time and the new car delivery person was very knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle we purchased and was great at showing us how to navigate the cool features. Our experience was pleasant and thank you for the free hot beverages at the coffee bar!

    I called Texas Frist Honda after having terrible experiences with both a Nissian in Cedar Park and Howdy Honda in Round Rock. I was look for a certain model and color at both . I wasted at least 2 hours at with salesman that first did not have what I was looking for and also that they would call me when and if they could get the car I wanted. I never heard back from either dealership. Being very frustrated o called Texas First, Jorge Vega was ready to help me right away. Jorge called me back on a half an hour with a list of cars I might be interested in and their arrival dates in the color I wanted. He was very kind and helpful through the entire shopping experience. When the car car in ( a few day early ) I went to test drive Jorge had me take a lengthy route that allowed me to really feel the handling of the car. The car was perfect! When I arrived at the dealership the car was gassed up and ready to go (no waiting around to find it or get gas for it. Jorge made sure to take me around the entire car showing all the features before we began the trial drive. Jorge gave me exceptional customer service. The rest of the team were exceptional as well no one rushed me, everyone made sure I understood all aspects of the sale everyone so very helpful. I am so ver happy with my entire shopping experience. Thank you Texas First Honda and a special Thank you to Jorge Vega.
