First Texas Honda

I called Texas Frist Honda after having terrible experiences with both a Nissian in Cedar Park and Howdy Honda in Round Rock. I was look for a certain model and color at both . I wasted at least 2 hours at with salesman that first did not have what I was looking for and also that they would call me when and if they could get the car I wanted. I never heard back from either dealership. Being very frustrated o called Texas First, Jorge Vega was ready to help me right away. Jorge called me back on a half an hour with a list of cars I might be interested in and their arrival dates in the color I wanted. He was very kind and helpful through the entire shopping experience. When the car car in ( a few day early ) I went to test drive Jorge had me take a lengthy route that allowed me to really feel the handling of the car. The car was perfect! When I arrived at the dealership the car was gassed up and ready to go (no waiting around to find it or get gas for it. Jorge made sure to take me around the entire car showing all the features before we began the trial drive. Jorge gave me exceptional customer service. The rest of the team were exceptional as well no one rushed me, everyone made sure I understood all aspects of the sale everyone so very helpful. I am so ver happy with my entire shopping experience.
