Dealership Service Review
Wow! This was by far the worst dealer service experience I have ever had. When you make an appt.you expect that you have some kind of priority & expect to get service done within a reasonable amount of time. I had a 7:45 appt to have my front & rear brake pads replaced & rotors resurfaced. After 2 1/2 hours I ask if there was an estimate on cost of work & after 3+ hours I finally am told that only the back need to be serviced & the cost would be $500+ so I give the advisor the go ahead to do the work & after 4 hours 45minutes iam told it was finished. Almost 5 hours to replace my back brake pads & rotors, Really..? The entire process should have taken an hour, maybe an hour and a half at the very most. I guess I might have been there all day had I not had an appt. Horrible service experience & will never take my vechicle to champion toyota again for anything.
