    I was in the market for a new SUV. I wasn't sure if I wanted a mid-size or a large one. James walked me through a CX-5 and a CX-9. He knew everything about those cars, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He took me on a test drive for both and knew a great route to take to test the car for my specific criteria. I needed to sleep on it, and he was not going to be there the next day, so before I left, he introduced me to Craig so I would have someone familiar to work with then I came back. I decided on the CX-9, and Craig made sure the purchase went smoothly. I even had some odd constraints, and he was able to accommodate all of them. He checked in with me afterward to make sure the car was still meeting my needs. this is my 3rd Roger Beasley purchase, and I could not be happier with the dealership or their staff! Thanks, Roger Beasley Mazda, for a great car buying experience!

    Nothing noteworthy about my visit - routine stuff. But pricing was reasonable and they met their promised time without issue. Everyone was pleasant enough. It's the little things sometimes. Will go back to the dealer for this type of service as long as they treat me right.

    I brought my CX9 in on Christmas Eve to get a valve stem repaired on my driver's side rear tire. I had called the dealership before I came to tell the problem since this is the second tire out of four that were purchased a little more than a year ago to have valve stem break. When I get there I show the lady the valve stem, when they pull it into the garage, my customer service advisor tells me there is nothing wrong with the valve stem. I am not blind! When you can bend the stem and there is a hole, it is broken. He then tries to get me to buy a new tire for the front passenger side. Mind you all four tires were bought at once. I paid for three, Mazda paid the fourth. They all should be wearing at about the same rate. I don't drive on one tire! I drive into Austin from Georgetown to get my car serviced because I don't like the service at the Georgetown dealership, and I am starting to get the same kind of service at this location, too. Needless to say I was more than mad at the interaction on Christmas Eve.

    Bought a CX-5 and a CX-9 and Craig did a great job getting the ones we wanted, working through the trade and getting a fair price. Certainly recommend and would buy again from Roger Beasley, even though not in Austin!

    I found the used car I wanted from this dealer on line. Working out a deal was quick and friendly. There were no high pressure sales tactics from anyone in the dealership. The car needed to be detailed before I left with it. The sales person said it would take 1.5 hours and it took a little less. I went to lunch while the car was detailed but before I left the sales person checked on my favorite restaurant for me. When I came back to get the car he even helped me load it on the trailer. It was a good experience.

    Found a car there and had Auto PI come to check it out. From their report, the salesman agreed to fix a couple of the items that were crucial: alignment, leaky fluids and brake pads that were installed incorrectly. Had the vehicle for one week, noticed a burning smell and found the vehicle was still leaking fluid. They fixed one leak but not both Had to go round and round until they agreed to fix the second. They kept the vehicle for another week and lied about the reason. Talked to the service manager who seemed very unconcerned about our experience. Will not be back.

    Rhett was our salesman and he did everything that he could to make our buying process stress free and easy. He knew about all the cars, options, competitor models, and was very honest. We looked at a couple of other dealerships but didn't get the friendly, no pressure, experience that we got at Roger Beasley Mazda. I appreciated their focus on customer service and care. We're very happy that we chose to buy from here.
