I was in the market for a new SUV. I wasn't sure if I wanted a mid-size or a large one. James walked me through a CX-5 and a CX-9. He knew everything about those cars, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He took me on a test drive for both and knew a great route to take to test the car for my specific criteria. I needed to sleep on it, and he was not going to be there the next day, so before I left, he introduced me to Craig so I would have someone familiar to work with then I came back. I decided on the CX-9, and Craig made sure the purchase went smoothly. I even had some odd constraints, and he was able to accommodate all of them.
