Before making the appointment the lady first confirmed the parts were in and available to perform the work and then checked to see if service personnel would also be available. They never try to push any service on you that you don't need and always walk you through what is going to be… done on your car. I love my Chrysler town & Country

The waiting areas are well furnished with comfortable, attractive chairs and provide… refreshments. I liked the people and the place. I learned I could get my windshield dings fixed at no cost to me (with my insurance) and it really made a difference. Terrible Experience
by chrisw9 on 09/05/2014Horrible dealership to do business with. They will change the numbers on your agreed price. They will change the sales contract behind your back and flat out lie to your face. We purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey and after we agreed upon a… price they changed the manufacturer rebate and my USAA cash rebate and the price of the vehicle as soon as my fiance came in to sign the paper work for the vehicle. Called to talk to them and they tried to tell me I received the rebates and a bunch of other lies. I guess they assume like most people that I can't figure out a sales contract and figure out where the different charges they added on came from. Absolutely insulting and the worst experience. First and last time I will go to this dealership and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this companyChris, I would like to apologize for the experience you have described. Got a great truck at a great price from Nyle Maxwell

I appreciated how he listened to what I was looking for in a truck and worked hard to find a truck for me (there were only two that matched my… criteria in the whole state, Marc got me a really great truck!). I would also like to point out the value (to me) of being allowed to test drive the truck by myself, without a sales person along for the ride. On my first visit to the dealership, Marc offered me the keys to one of the demos on the lot (a beautiful Granite Laramie Limited 1500 Hemi) and I took it home, test-fit it in my garage, got big complements from my neighbors. That experience was a big factor in our decision to ultimately purchase our truck from Nyle Maxwell.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Marc and the rest of the Nyle Maxwell Supercenter! We have traveled half way across the United States to purchase high dollar trucks before and never have we been subjected to the incompetence, unprofessionalism, and pure lack of respect… that we encountered at this dealership. After much negotiation via email, they must not believe in using the telephone, we arrived at a deal. After spending 10+ hours removing hitch! lights! and company logos, We proceeded to drive 1 1/2 hours to take delivery of the truck. When we arrived we were brought to the vehicle which was exceptionally dirty and had not been detailed as promised. Prior to our arrival the general manager, Mike W., had stated he was taking over the deal and would make sure everything was done properly. Obviously he never looked at the vehicle as the detail work was not done. We then left the dealership for approximately an hour and a half to go have dinner while they did the detail work. Once we returned to the dealership we were able to inspect the vehicle and then found scratches on the tire rims (2) and on the front bumper in the paint. This is a brand new 2014 Dodge 3500 very expensive truck. We were then told that the dealership would not repair the Defects in this brand-new vehicle as we were getting too good of a deal. We then walked back outside to look at the truck again when the new car sales manager, Chris M., came out to greet us. He is the only individual at the dealership that showed professionalism. Chris then assured us that he would put in writing that these defects would be repaired. We proceeded to go back inside to sign the paperwork. It was at this point that the general manager told us that he would not sell us the vehicle. I will be going to a reputable dealership tomorrow to purchase a truck. I do however feel it necessary to let everyone know what kind of business miles Maxwell is doing. Buyer beware!
