by John on 11/02/2021Good service advisor. Takes time to detail the repairs and the breakdown of costs. Wouldn’t recommend Mercedes due to high cost of ownership & excessive labor & parts costs. MB Austin is pretty crowded and congested compared to its… competition like Lexus of say Lakeway or Austin locations.Great!

Would have been nice to have better “work” area. An inefficient desk near a single… not fully functional outlet (adapters provided for phone didn't) in the main waiting area and nothing in service area lounge. Again. All PERSONNEL gracious, hospitable and knowledgeable.Lori, thank you for being a customer of ours!
