Great experience with Eddie and the service team.
Car Service
by Mahassen Ahmad on 05/18/2022I took my car to service. I know that something was wrong with either on or two of its batteries because the car flashed a picture of a battery. Even pulling on the service driveway was reassuring, for everyone seemed to know my car problem… and eager to help. Louise was my service advisor. I relaxed in a comfortable leather chair with a donut and a cup of tea. Louise came to inform me with the results of the diagnosis and the cost of the service. In less than three hours I paid for the service and drove my shiny clean, smooth driving car.Mahassen, we are happy to see that your service visit went super smoothly and that you felt comfortable the whole time! We'll have to let Luis know about your friendly review, he will be so happy. Routine Maintenance
by Routine Maintenance on 04/20/2022On the day of service, I could not have been happier. The staff were very helpful. Getting an appointment was difficult, however. Twice I called the service department and left a message to call me back to schedule. Neither phone call… was returned. And twice the My Mercedes "app" in the car appeared to tell me to contact Mercedes for maintenance. The first time I held for over 20 minutes before hanging up because nobody answered. The second time I held for about 10 minutes before giving up.Hi there, thank you for taking a moment to leave your honest review. We are happy to know that you were satisfied with your service appointment, however, I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you had with reaching our service department via phone. So he made arrangements for an Uber to take… me home and pick me up when the car was ready. All services were completed perfectly.Bcutty, thank you for the praise!
