I had a very disappointing experience with this car service center. From the start, it was clear that their primary focus was not on fixing my vehicle or providing quality service, but rather on obtaining a positive survey response. I felt constantly pressured and even attacked by the relentless requests for survey feedback, all while my actual concerns went unresolved. Their customer service was poor, and I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. Despite repeatedly reaching out with my issues, I received little to no effort to address them. Instead, my interactions were dominated by survey requests, making it clear that their priority is their ratings, not their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for genuine service and a company that stands behind their work, look elsewhere. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning.
