Prompt and friendly and faster-than-expected service

The facilities upgrades are such a nice touch, I can stop by or work comfortably from the… lobby and cafe. The service techs were able to confirm my part inventory and get it serviced in under the quoted time.Fastest recall ever!
by Dallas gorman on 08/14/2026I brought my Honda hybrid CRV in to First Honda first thing in the morning. Service department was very busy. Aurturo already had my car registered and had all parts preordered. The work scheduled was going to take a full day but Arturo… said he would try his best to get my car completed as soon as possible so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip into town. By 11am, I received a video by text showing some of the work completed as well as an update on items which were good and other items which would be needing attention soon (tire rotation, alignment and brake fluid flush), I was just finishing lunch and getting ready to head back home when I received a text that the job was completed and both recalls were finished. I was so shocked, I called to make sure there was no mistake. I went back and picked up my car much sooner than anticipated. Arturo is very friendly, attentive and even helped me with the Honda app. I have had 3 CRVs and this hybrid is my favorite. I always use First Texas for service. All the service coordinators have been pleasant but Ariel impressed me the most! A+++++First Texas Honda Service

So, after buying a low mileage 2024 Civic from another local dealer (non Honda) I wanted to start a solid service record. First Texas Honda came highly recommended by a… family member & also my boss. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. And when I arrived on the day of, everything was prompt and super efficient . Exceptional Service!
by Cristina on 06/24/2025They offer a coffee bar where you can also get snacks, for free! Their waiting area also has some arcade games. They offer you a loaner car if you need one. It’s great! I brought our car in for them to work on a recall issue and was already… dreading having to leave my car there for a couple of days but Will, our specialist, said he’d try to have it done that same day and they did!!!!Cristina, thanks so much for sharing! It’s awesome to hear Will and the team went above and beyond to get your car taken care of quickly — and that you enjoyed the coffee, snacks, and arcade games while you waited.
