They offer a coffee bar where you can also get snacks, for free! Their waiting area also has some arcade games. They offer you a loaner car if you need one. It’s great! I brought our car in for them to work on a recall issue and was already dreading having to leave my car there for a couple of days but Will, our specialist, said he’d try to have it done that same day and they did!!!!
